“Good deal.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 10, 2013

Considering the low price we had a good stay,
The lady of the house was nice and helpful, breakfast was okay, no different then I've seen across Morocco.
We liked our room, nicely decorated and had a good night sleep, no noisy things. Water was hot most days,
one time it was not that hot because we went last i guess.. no problem though.
The neighborhood was okay, had no troubles whatsoever but it is a poor area i think.
We had a good stay and if your a budget traveler like me i would recommend it. Wifi signal is very good.
Good deal.

I didn't expect much from such a low rated hotel which was also very cheap, but even when you travel on a budget, you can get a much nicer hotel.
The staff wasn't nice, the hotel was shabby and dirty, we didn't feel welcomed at all.
Staying there partly ruined our trip to marrakech, even so the city was beautiful. The only nice thing about the hotel was the breakfast, other than that it was horrible.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS RIAD,,,,
We booked in for two nights and after being harassed to pay as soon as we walked in, walked out after we saw our room. It was dark and stunk of cats, there was even cat poo in the shower. There was garbage strewn every where and cat poo in all the public areas, Part of the roof in the eating area had fallen in the rest was hanging by wires. My girl friend and I had stayed in raids for the whole trip, but had never seen such a slum. Do not be fooled by the pics on this site,

Room Tip: Don't walk thru the door.

We stayed here on our first night in Marrakesh and were pleasantly surprised! We stayed in the room on the roof. It was beautifully decorated and very unique! We loved sipping our mint teas on the roof terrace when we arrived and had a lovely breakfast their as well. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. we tried staying here again when we returned to Marrakesh after hiking in the High Atlas, and we weren't sure if they were full for the night, or just couldn't help us without an advanced booking.
Would recommend without hesitation.

Very well situated, reasonably priced riad just 10 MN off the main square .
Easy to find, within walking distance of the major places of interest.
Friendly helpful staff,
It located in a little bit busy area,
but you can see originally old streets , their culture, kind personality and innocent humanity.
In addition If you lie down on the roof at night ,
Breakfast provided from 9am on wards - milk ,tea or coffee, bread, butter & honey.

The location are great,10 min from busy Djma El Fna ,but hidden from noise.
The bed is clean ,and comfy.
All I can say is,the staff there, Adil and dosn ( sweet boy with sweet smile ) were great.
Breakfast were suppose to start at 7.30AM, but as we leave early for desert,Adil woke up at 6AM and prepare our breakfast!!!!to make sure we eat before the long journey.I almost feel sorry that he has to wake up that early..He also help me with buying local sim card, even help me to deal with the phone shop to charge my phone for 10MAD only, and help me to pick up the phone from the shop.Very patient staff and jovial and dancing for us all the time when he is free.
Oh yeah, there is always orange mint tea serve as well...
Overall, the stay there was great and I may come back again if I were to come to Marrakech again.
