We went to Azyr three times because my sister enjoyed the food, the first occasion the food was good nothing special, took 20 minutes to be served and took a further 15 minutes for the first course to be brought out and about 20 minutes in between courses, it wasn't busy at all. The second time I found a piece of hair in my rice, I told the manager and he straight away went that's yours, the hair was embedded in the rice but of course it would be mine, he was rude and walked away, no apology whatsoever, bad customer service. The third occasion, we walked in and sat down and about a few minutes later so did another couple, the same manger looked at us and walked straight over to the other couple and served them, we waited 30 minutes to be served, once he did finally take our order he was rude and dismissive, once again it took a further 20 minutes for the first course to be brought out and then another 15 minutes after that one. Overall bad experience, I would avoid, bad customer service where the customer gets blamed for hair in food. The only thing that annoyed me was the fact that he did not even attempt to apologise, just quick to push the blame on to me. On all occasions it was near enough empty with perhaps three tables wanting to be served yet we waited what seemed like forever. It's not like it's good value for money either. Just avoid and go somewhere else.
