“Delicious Moroccan feast”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 17, 2013

Delicious food served in a friendly Cosy atmosphere . The prune and lamb tagine was mouthwatering and prompted a second visit during our five nights in the city. The musicians played with vigour and the belly dancers were fun. The central location means that it is an enjoyable place to escape on an evening in the square.

“Classy restaurant, yummy Moroccan food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2013 via mobile

Great place for those wanting delicious Moroccan food but a more upmarket (and chilled) experience. Huge portions and easily the best vegetable cous cous I've ever had! Beautiful decor and attentive staff. Rest of clientele all tourists but no annoying belly dancers.

Two main courses + half bottle of wine came to 420 DH. Complimentary bread and olives.

“Amazing place beautiful decor, great food”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013 via mobile

This slightly more expensive restaurant, is away from the hustle and bustle.
The decor is beautiful, go there in the evening and they have log fires blazing and beautiful Moroccan lamps which cast amazing shadows on the whitewashed walls.
Don't let them put you on the top floor as its not the same ambience as ground or first floor.
We had the house white wine which was like a £5.00 bottle from tesco! ( so it was ok)!
We ordered the pastille of pigeon, don't be afraid, it was amazing!
If you notice in morocco they all feed the pigeons , and the birds are not like the skanky ones in England, they are all quite well looked after, obviously as we found out to our delight, they eat them !!
Then we ordered the leg of lamb with potatoes and veg which was absolutely fantastic!
Sorry to the welsh lot but this was the best lamb we've ever had and was that nice we nearly ate all of it between 2 !!
Can't review the puddings as we had more wine, but the food was truly amazing and we highly recommend !
