Apologise for the late review, this is suppose to be during May period :)
My cousin and me were travelling the first time in Morocco (4 days and 3 nights). We have no idea how it is going to be like and we are on very tight schedule. When we met Alain, he was great! He guided us and share with us of the things we can do in Marrakesh! We initially book a camel tour for a day and so we can't stay in the raid for a night. Alain and Nadine allow us to place our stuff safely in our room and also on the next morning make us a great Breakfast and they knew we are in a rush, they prepared it early in the morning.
After the camel tour, we came back around the evening, the Riad is so beautiful, i have taken some pictures and it looks like we are in a palace haha!
On the last day, we wanted to go for a Hammam and again we are on tight schedule. Mr Alain not only help us book it but even walk with us to it, when we finish the Hammam, he came and fetch us and walked back with us and also like a tour guide, explaining the beautiful, magical place around us.
Of all my travel, even a five star hotel could not be compared to this service. Thank you Mr Alain and Nadine for this wonderful experience in Marrakesh, we will certainly choose this riad again when we are back.
