“Morrocan Gem”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2012

We stayed here for 8 nights. The exemplary hospitality began with a warm greeting at the airport and a most relaxing welcome on arrival at the hotel through to first class friendly but discrete service throughout our stay. Although this is a new hotel, you would not know it from appearances. The building designs have picked up on the traditional regional character and they are set in a mature lush landscape. The peaceful location, in a suburb of truly palatial villas, was the perfect antidote to the hurly burly benzene fuelled atmosphere of the city centre. Marakech is an amazing place and the hotel is an easy and cheap taxi ride from the city centre. On some days we went into the city centre for a morning's sightseeing, came back to the hotel to relax by the pool and returned to the city centre refreshed for a vibrant evening out. Other days we chilled out all day at the hotel, relaxing by the pool, enjoying the spa and sampling the fabulous cuisine. We look forward to coming back when hopefully the second restaurant will be fully operational. Our suite and terrace (with views through palm trees to the pool below), were beautifully proportioned and comfortably furnished. It's also a good sized hotel - large enough to be well equipped including a lovely large pool, spa and expansive gardens, but small enough to have been made to feel really special by the brilliantly attentive staff.

Room Tip: For maximum privacy go for the first floor or a pavilion. The ground floor rooms may suit families w...

I've travelled and stayed in some beautiful 5 star hotels but this on blew us away. We arrived on Thursday 4th October. We were great at the entrance of the palais with fresh orange juice & cool towels, it was such a peaceful relaxing atmosphere, The pool area was surrounded with candles and we knew we had made a fantastic decision in booking. The staff were so attentive and the service was fantastic. We stayed in a suite within the Palais and the room was fantastic, the beds are very comfy and the staff come and clean 2 to 3 times with fresh towel changes twice a day. We stayed for a week and the maids leave lovely touches like rose petals and candles in the bathroom in the evening, roses around the bed & little Moroccan pastries in the dining room. The breakfast in the morning is on the terrace & is very nice a great selection of pastries fresh orange juice & eggs. The dinner in the evenings are set by the pool under a blanket of stars with candles around the gardens. A perfect romantic setting with music in the background. The spa is more than five star it's the best we've been in by far, the morrocan hamman was such a brilliant experience & we even were given his & her massages by the pool. This palais is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday, the staff and managers look after your every needs & make it a dream holiday!! Well be going back next year!!!

Room Tip: Go for a junior suite or pavilion! Ultra luxury

This was my first trip to Mosaic Palais Aziza & Spa.I did a lot of research before I picked this hotel. Let me just say I was not dissappointed. It was every thing I had hoped it would be and more. I loved the pool and the service. The staff was friendly knowledgable and gracious. it was very laid back. I felt very comfortable my entire stay at this exotic hotel. The housekeeping was amazing. The room was clean and stayed clean.
the mosaic palais aziza is definitely a place to recommend to everyone who is looking for a nice relaxing trip away from the busy life of USA , my six hours flight from new york to casablanca was diffidently worthy ,
thanks you to all the stuff of the mosaic ,,,,,,,,,,,,,SEE YOU NEXT YEAR
