excellent place full of the cultural expereinces that you would expect - and very reasonable to get entry as well. Perfect to spend a few hours in the middle of the hot day examining the past and present

“Tranquil”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 1, 2013

The museum is set round a peaceful courtyard. As all sites in Marrakech very cheap to get in but try to avoid people who look like attendants latching onto you. They show you quickly round and then expect money so that they can grab the next person, don't give you the chance to linger and look at leisure.

“An Oasis”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 21, 2013

Sadly many of the museums in Marrakech apart from the Berber Museum in Le Jardin Marjorelle seem to lack many of the artefacts one would expect in a country with such a rich history. The same is here, however don't go for the artefacts but do go and experience the wonderful atmosphere and calmness in the courtyard and marvel at the Interior of the building itself. As good as the Bahia Palace and much quieter, away from the main tourist hordes.
