This hotel is in an ideal location approx £5 by taxi to the main square but in walking distance too. The busy street has lots of restaurants and cafes and a 15 min walk to the Majorelle Gardens and more upmarket boho shabby chic shops.
Alcohol is available in the Chesterfield Bar and there is a small but very welcome pool and patio area. Breakfast is very basic but eggs, cheese, tomatoe and copious amounts of tea/coffee and fresh orange is available.
The hotel do not take credit/debit card payments so our day trip was paid for in cash. We were not advised that a lunch was included and therefore paid for this twice! Dirhams are not necessary as everywhere takes euros. Be warned - although each visitor can take up to 2,000 dirhams in and out of the UK - you cannot change them back again whereas you can with Euros. Our creased and written on sterling was rejected as not acceptable currency!
