“A wonderful, relaxing oasis that has been our best find yet”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 9, 2010

This hotel could not be more accommodating! We travelled with our 11 month old baby, and found that we had a really easy holiday due to all the facilities and very friendly staff - nothing is too much trouble it appears.
The surroundings are pure luxury, and the general ambience is very relaxing in amazingly decorated surroundings.
We will definitely be returning!

Wonderful place to escape the aggression and madness of the Medina or Marrkech. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated and all of the staff were very friendly - even though our French was extremely limited! It's a great place to escape to, we didn't leave for two days, just enjoyed the calming nature of it. Am going again!!

Stayed a week in October, much too long. I was encouraged by a lot of good things written about this hotel and we had high expectations, even recommended by Mr and Mrs Smith Hotels. Whether this is a romantic getaway for two is open for discussion. This is more like a family hotel, there were lots of couples with young children.
Have to agree with last entry, the hotel is situated in the middle of nowhere. The site itself, however, is an oasis and the garden is beautiful. The rooms are large and clean. But the hotel has nothing to offer but a swimming pool, a pool table and the hammam.
The food is tasteless and takes forever to prepare and is much overpriced. The dinner menu offers an uninspiring 5 starters and 5 main courses. We ordered the risotto with scallops first night. A huge risk considering we were far from the ocean. We were given risotto with bad tasting fish. We were offered to chose another dish from the menu and after waiting for ages we were served a completely over cooked piece of meat. The manager appeared and explained that the word scallop had been translated from the French word for fish and ended up as the word scallop in the menu. Nice try!
Breakfast was OK, but never chanced. Lunch a la carte and buffet was unimpressive and completely tasteless.
The staff was mostly friendly and doing their best, but everything is run unprofessionally.
When inside the hotel you feel trapped, outside the hotel walls there is absolutely nothing but sand, gravel and farm animals. There is no way you can have a walk outside the premises. Taxies are easily ordered, but the trip to town is rather long.
Finally, if you don't manage the French language, don't come. The staff does not speak English and misunderstandings occur easily.

Stayed for for one night ,before going to a RIad, whilst on a 60th birthday trip .Whilst it is not cheap I got a very good internet price ,140 euros for 2,for a junior suite and breakfast. The room had character, the grounds and pool were excellent and well maintained. We had a very good evening meal on the terrace with excellent service.Breakfast was not in the same league as choice was limited and service a little disorganised. We did not have breakfast until around 1015am as we were joined by 2 friends who came in on an early flight. The hotel said they were serving until 11am but staff gave the impression things were winding down long before then. ie things not being replenished etc, having to ask for things that had run out.Being out in the palmerie does mean you are a taxi ride away from both the old and new cities but it is a nice contrast with them .It probably would not be a good idea to base yourself here if you were spending 4 or 5 days in Marrakech

The pros of the hotel are the nice garden with the big pool and the mostly friendly staff. However, the hotel is situated far away from the town in an ugly part of the Palmaraie. To go to the city center, there is no other possibility than to take a taxi, which costs 10 euros or more every time. The rooms are out-dated and the small pool in front of the room was noisy all night. Things like birds on the breakfast table and dirt on the tablecloths do not bother me much in a youth hostel, but in a "luxury hotel" things should be much better. Not worth the money!

We were advised to stay at this hotel for our honeymoon as are original similar choice had to cancel because of works. I have to say that this was a fantastic recommendation. The hotel staff and manager were lovely and couldn't be more helpful for my very picky vegetarian husband!! The room (suite) had plenty or space, clean and serviced every day.

The entire hotel is like paradise - ideal for a newlyweds after the stress of planning a wedding. Beautiful and clean landscapes and pools.

The location is 20 mins from the airport and about 20 mins from the centre and it's bars etc but we liked the fact that we could travel back to the peace and quiet of this hotel. Again the hotel manager was very helpful especially in giving advice about Marrakech and aranging airport transfers and transport.

Loved everything about this hotel especially the lunches and tagines!
Only issue is that you are away from the main centre and other restaurants but other than that it was as I say fantastic!!!

Yet another great stay at Les Deux Tours.
Wonderful food, good service and of course the room, gardens and general feeling of being well taken care of is always welcome!

The heat was a little too much for us, but other than that I can't fault the hotel.
On a trip into town we were rather surprised to be shouted at by an aggressive taxi driver, but this was all quickly forgotten once back inside our favourite hotel!

Many thanks again.
