Just returned from a very pleasant stay at this 'All inclusive Hotel.' The staff & customer service is superb. The food is cooked and presented well. The room and bathroom nice and clean with a good powerful shower! (Shower gel in sachets, would have preferred something with a little more quantity!) Fresh water (bottled) collected from reception as required. (Would have been nice to have this placed in room!) Local beer very nice (not strong) Moroccan Red, White and Rose wine all very drinkable. The spirits and cocktails are very poor quality and did not 'hit the spot!! Book the Moroccan restaurant for a treat (we visited twice!) Wonderful food, service and ambience) Outside pool was cold but we braved it for a quick dip! (It would be in February!!) Shuttle bus into town is good, however, we found it too small and it did not run often enough. There was some pushing etc when trying to alight as nobody except the British and Americans appeared to 'wait in line!!' A day trip to the High Atlas is really worth the cost (beautiful and very interesting with good Berber guides etc) If you want last minute leather goods there is a little shop 50 yards from the main entrance on the left when exiting, a third of the price of the hotel and bartering is fun!!
Generally this is a good base to explore and relax for a week. I would consider a 'two stop' if we were going to spend two weeks away, the Riu in Agadir may be a good option for some sea and sand?
