“One of the best hotel ever seen in my life”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 20, 2013

I have been at the hotel Maison Arabe few months ago, and I could hardly have chosen a better place.
It was not the first time I came to Marrakesh and I had the opportunity to stay in the most famous hotels of the city, this one tops them both for splendor of the rooms and the incomparable service.
I would like to thank all the managers and the staff for the wonderful welcome and the assistance given to us from arrival until after the departure.
I am a hotel owner in Rome, my family ran hotels for over 150 years, I would like the service at our property would be equal to la Maison Arabe one. This is true Customer Service
Exceptional suite, spectaculare décor, able to transport you to an atmosphere worthy of The Thousand and One Nights. Moroccan refinement and elegance of the upper level. Restaurant located in one of the most magical sites I've ever seen, not to mention the marvelous Hammam
I'll be back, you just have to go there too.

Thanks to La Maison Arabe, G.d.F.

“Charming, Unique Hospitality & Excellent Service!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013

We (my friend and I) stayed 4 wonderful nights at La Maison Arabe, from 4th to 8th February 2013. It's a lovely, charming and cozy hotel where stylish interior decors a la moroccan style please the eyes. We liked sitting at the courtyard and have our afternoon moroccan tea with delicious pastries and cookies.

But we were firstly impressed by the ultimate service quality of the hotel staff, their friendliness and attentiveness throughout our stay. They assisted us in our special requests and went beyond our expectation.

The restaurant staff are so attentive and always wearing a smile on their face, daily from the morning breakfast to the evening dinner. We remembered names like Badra for his everlasting smile and care (he gave me a blanket to keep warm from the chill at one morning breakfast) and Braahim, as we always bumped into him within the hotel. But really, all of them received equal commendation.

We tried the Hammon in the hotel, and it was great. I took up the cooking workshop conducted by Wafaa and it was truly an enjoyable and fun culinary experience. My friend accompanied me but volunteered to take some pictures to document my culinary experience. She too enjoyed it! Wafaa has such a warm and pleasant personality. She also gave me a better understanding of the Moroccan culture.

La Maison Arabe contributed to one of the reasons why we have enjoyed Marrakech very much and would love to return back again.

We consider La Maison Arabe a perfect hotel to stay in Marrakech which comes with a bundle of offerings -location, comfort, service, food, and hospitality. We left Marrakech with such fond memories of our stay at the hotel.

We congratulate everyone at La Maison Arabe and wish them all continued success.

“Deceiving Location”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

We had a car pick us up at the airport in Marrekech, to take us to the Riad, La Maison Arabe. The driver pulled into this alleyway, that housed an appliance store, with washing machines out side & nothing else in site, but a few doors.. He stop & told us we had arrived. My husband & I looked at each other, both of us showing much concern. We wondered what kind of place we had picked to stay in. Suddenly out of a narrow alley, a bell hop appeared with the standard brass luggage cart. He took our luggage & told us to follow him, down this very narrow alley. We then arrived at the most charming of small hotels. It is acutually a group of Riads, that were put together to make a larger complex. We just loved the place. It is so charming. It is everything we pictured a Morrocan building to be. The place had many cozy sitting areas, where you could enjoy a quiet snack or drink. It is decorated beautifully, in the typical Morrish style, so much so that I almost expected Humphrey Bogart to walk in. They have fireplaces in various locations, always buring nicely on those chilly Morrocan nights & lots of candles lit, to add to the ambience. Afternoon tea is gratis & is served to you wherever you like, which could be in the comfort of your room, also very beautiful decorated & serviced or in the court yard, with its bubbling fountain, in one of the cozy sitting rooms or by the pool, which also offers a variety of diferent seating arrangements. The pool is beautiful & that is where your complimentary breakfast is served, which is an excellent breakfast buffet, offering the typical American, European & Morrocan breakfast offerings. It is also where you can take lunch or have a very nice candle lit dinner, feauturing some Morrocan style food, but predominately international, cusine, which is very good. If you want a wonderful Morrocan dinner, they have a beautiful Morrocan restaurant, which is beautifully decorated in the Moorish style, serving delicious Morrocan food. Every evening, whether you are in the Morroccan restaurant, poolside restaurant or the court yard, their is a Morrocan muscian, playing soft Morrocan music on various Morrocan musical instuments. Very romantic.
I also can't say enough about the wonderful service we received, by all the very attentive staff. They even offered to have the bell hop walk us to a restaurant that was very difficult to find. It was in one of those hidden places that was in an alley, off an alley, off another alley, off a main street. They were always very accomodating.
So after a hectic day, in the extreme over sensory experience of the souks & the Medina (main square), the La Maison Arabe Riad is an beautiful oasis, located in the old city, just a few walking blocks from the Medina & all the sights. You can't beat the convience of the location.
I would definatley highly recommend the La Maison Arabe Riad to anyone, looking for a wonderful experience in Marrekech. Enjoy.

“"Amazing Marrakech Jewel"”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

We stayed at La Maison Arabe for 8 days and can only describe our experience as "heaven on earth". Whatever I write will never be able to do the staff, the ambience and the hotel justice but here goes... All the staff are truly amazing and the service is unsurpassed. The difference between everyone at La Maison Arabe and other 5 start hotels around the world, is that they provide service "from the heart" you are truly made to feel like a part of their family. Every need and requirement is anticipated and delivered with an honesty and smile that we have not experienced anywhere else.

This started on arrival. We were welcomed by Adil, the Manager, who was extremely warm and friendly and made us feel at home instantly. Adil also helped us make the most of our trip to Marrakech by providing recommendations on how to get around easily and "must see" attractions.

We had a Hamman in the hotel, fantastic. We ate in the hotel every evening...glorious food in all restaurants! We took the trip to ourika valley...not to be missed! I did the cooking course with Wafaa....again, not to be missed as it's more than just a cooking course, it's a true insight to Morrocan culture.

We don't want to single anyone out as everyone is very special but we really have to shout about the Restaurant Manager...Badra. Badra is an amazing human being!. He never stops smiling and really made us feel very special. From my surprise birthday cake (and wonderful singing by the staff!) to packing us some Moroccan pastries to take to the airport! On grey days in London, the memories of Badra's smile and all at La Maison Arabe (and the dream that we will one day return) will help us through! We wish you all continued success.

“Beutifull spa”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 18, 2013

my partner and I visited the spa on recommendation from the Riad we were staying in (Cinnamon Riad), it was a little on the extravagant side, but well worth it, very friendly staff, wonderful surroundings, so tranquil and peaceful, which is essential for anyone staying in Marrakesh!

We had a couples treatment, and there was no issue given that we were a gay male couple

totally recommended :-)
