3 generations on the same 4 day get away is a challenge, but the staff at the hotel made it all possible. From hammam for mom (which made her very happy) to frenchfries and special attention to the 3 year old princess, the staff were resilient and extremely friendly. Will certainly return to enjoy the rest of the hotel's luxuries: in room fireplaces, oude & tea, and the lovely swimming pool.

Located down a winding alley with high walls in the old quarter of Marrakech, this exotic hotel is a hidden treasure. Wandering through the beautifully appointed public rooms and courtyards was like traveling back in time. The hotel feels both exotic and intimate. Our room looked through large windows and french doors onto a second story courtyard with a fountain and seating area. Beautiful, fragrant climbing vines and flowers were everywhere. During breakfast we watched a Moroccan woman seated in a shaft of morning sunlight making the bread for our meal as if we were watching a beautiful film. In the evening the romantic ambience of the bar is luscious. The hotel's Moroccan restaurant is probably the most gorgeous dining room I have experienced and the food was magnificent. All aspects of the service were excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived at La Maison Arabe, we were made to feel special. Everyone at the hotel is incredibly polite and attentive without being over the top or intrusive. I had an unfortunate, self inflicted injury which left me with only one working leg (recovered now!). The staff couldn't have been more helpful, from carrying me to our gorgeous suite (they kindly upgraded us so I could be near the lift), bandaging my foot, calling to check on my progress, to delivering a set of crutches to my room! They did all of this and more and without me even having to ask. The hotel is beautifully decorated, giving you that sense of a world gone by and with candles and roses to meet you at every turn. It gives you the feeling of staying at somebody’s house, as it’s so friendly, warm and relaxing. That includes the country club, which is a natural and peaceful “secret garden” surrounded by olive trees. The food throughout our stay was fantastic. The dessert in the hotel's Moroccan restaurant was the best I've ever eaten. La Maison Arabe is an incredibly special, unique haven and they, without doubt, made our holiday to Marrakech a very memorable one. We would stay with them again in a heartbeat.

II was with my husband, in marrakech, how I love cook, we took a cooking class in La Maison Arabe.
It was excellent,a lot of fun, I learned a lot, about moroccan food, this was fantastic, the Dada Fahima was a super nice teacher, and the other lady, who was speaking english to us, was so friendly. If you go there, do not miss this wonderfull experience

As I plan this year's New Year's celebration in Hokkaido, I recollect last year's in Marrakesh at La Maison Arabe. From the moment we arrived very late, and unexpectedly by train, thanks to Royal Air Maroc vagaries, we were greeted with warmth and openness from Rashid the first rate bar manager who allowed us to decompress in grand style (and hastily procured our excellent food). He was a real beacon of excellent service and fun throughout our stay. Indeed, the consistent customer-focus attention gives one the perspective of being a resident of many months. Youssef provided the same level of attention with a kind, gentle smile in areas of support with luggage, front desk service and local directions. The entire staff is extremely well trained and attentive. As evidenced accurately on the website, the beauty of the riad(s) overwhelm the senses and our New Year's Eve celebration was a delight.
