FOOD: Far less than average quality, too bad for a venue of this reputation.
SERVICE: Very impersonal. The server was simply 'distributing' the food, not serving. He was in a rush throughout our dinner, and had barely made eye contact with us (table of four guests). It was almost impossible to get his attention to communicate our needs. One major drawback, it took almost half an hour to get my wife's dessert! It cam only after several reminders from us, and then ... not one courteous word of apology.
SHOW: Definitely WORTHWHILE. No doubt, that is the only reason Fogo de Choi has so many visitors.
