“Very nice restaurant next to the Saada Tombes”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013

Nice upper terrace away from the busy street. The menu consists of kouskous, tajines, brochettes and pizza's. We went 3 times and always tasted a different dish and desert. No dissapointment here. The tajines could be a bit more: 1 chichen leg is not enough for a man... Every dish was tastefull and the deserts were excellent: creme brulée, chocolate mousse, ...
The chef and staff is local and friendly; the owners are French.
Prices for main dishes vary between 70 and 90 dirham (6.5-8.5 euro).

“Relaxed and friendly”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 19, 2013 via mobile

One of a group of three reasonably priced cafes tourist cafes on Rue de la Kasbah. (Near the Saada tombs.)

I rate this cafe in third place, but the food is tasty, the service is friendly.

The lamb tagine was very good. Dessert was a caramelised banana and ice cream with home made chocolate. It was delicious.

The owner was very hospitable.

I only rate this third because the fumes from the street BBQ next door were drifting up into the restaurant, and the others have a better view from their roof terraces.

“Good value and tasty food.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 15, 2013

Nice food and good location. Chef was very accommodating as we arrived after dining hours. Salads were delicious and very fresh. 'Fresh Juices' are more like sugary iced drinks but still thirst quenching. Good value and nice food.

“Great choice of European & Morrocan food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 8, 2013

We were staying locally & needed a restaurant nearby - what a lucky find ! So good that we ate here 3 times in one week - sadly, our group only discovered the shoulder of lamb on our last evening !! Very clean, very reasonably priced & a choice to suit everyone's taste & desires, including a vegetarian. The staff were very friendly, from the chap at the door to the waiter, chef & owner. Do try this restaurant for the food, the choice & the wonderful view of the stork's nest from the roof terrace ! Bon courage.

“Nice change from tagines”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

After a couple of weeks on the road in Morocco, were getting a little tired of tagines, so it was great to have a pizza.

The coffee was also pretty good.
