“Excellent again!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 26, 2013

Went back. to CheeseMe and really enjoyed it again. Had a lovely selection of french cheeses with some spanish ham and good Morrocan wine to accompany it. The staff are very caring and kind. It's a small intimate place, good for a night out with friends. Highly recommended.

“More cheese please!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 24, 2013 via mobile

We wandered up to Cheese Me on the recommendation of a couple staying at the same riad as us - despite it being a 20 minute stroll from the medina up Mohamed V, we were so glad we did.
Cheese Me has a friendly, welcoming owner and a lovely chilled out vibe; lots of white surfaces and clear plastic which doesn't detract from the main event - CHEESE!
We started off with the home made foie gras and a lovely glass of wine to accompany it. Delicious. Then onto a 4 cheese plate with some fresh warm bread and accompanying slices of apple, pear, grapes - beautifully presented and very tasty. Finally we had a tartine each, plus a bottle of Chardonnay. Again beautifully cooked and presented with the cheese being the star attraction.
We really enjoyed our evening at Cheese Me - all this cheese goodness came to 795dh for 2, or around £35 per person. Great value for the quality of the food and wine on offer, and for such a memorable evening.

“Great evening”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 22, 2013 via mobile

A wonderful, relaxed, antithesis of tagine and couscous - Cheese me is cool, sophisticated (but not pretentious), and most importantly tastes great. We had a selection of tapas plates ; a half baked camembert, stilton with pear and potato cake and home made fois gras, along with excellent wine. Probably deserves a higher pricing than trip advisor indicates - fairly expensive for Marrakech standards (£600dh including service) - but worth it for the attentive and friendly service alone, never mind the gorgeous food. Lovely, fattening evening, will definitely return.

“Friendly and interesting...”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 10, 2013

Cheese Me is a nice new offering in Marrakech. This restaurant serves a delicious menu of cheese based dishes and has an excellent wine list. Offerings are local and imported and they have many things you can not find elsewhere in Marrakech. The owners are lovely and very welcoming.

The draw backs for me are the size of the restaurant and the prices. The restaurant in SUPER tiny. That's fine when it is quiet, but when it gets busy it feels claustrophobic. The prices, while reasonable on some items, lean towards expensive. I wish they had more small, well-priced plates as the food is so rich.

Don't forget it check out the chandelier. It is gorgeous!
