“Near perfection”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW via mobile

Venue is five star and a memorable experience. The setting is peaceful 1001 nights layout. The rooms are residencies, complete with guest toilets. The finish and decor is tasteful and very high quality. Kitchen top end.
All in all one of the best three hotels I have ever stayed at. So why only four stars in my rating? Because the room was not ready on arrival and my wife was left waiting for more than two hours with no information from the staff. When she finally asked for a status, the room was ready.
You do not forget your customer, and you do not neglect to serve them some refreshments with that long a wait in sunshine, or offer a place to change from travel clothes to something more comfortable.

I spent 2 nights in this beautiful place; surrounded by water and vegetation, your heart beat slows down as well as your mind!
Beautiful room/suite – modern decoration; I would mention the lack of lighting in the living room and no hot water in the standing shower..
Very nice bar, good atmosphere and great music. Food was ok, nothing special though. The service is a bit too slow specially for breakfast, but they are trying their best.
Good staff overall from the reception to housekeeping.
For me the hotel it is too far from the city, more than 30 mns by car, without traffic; so it is a bit a hassle to visit or have dinner in Marrakech.
To conclude I would say it is a great place for full rest, but no more than 2 to 3 days. After that you get bored.

If you think the pictures on their website is amazing wait until you get there! Palais Namaskar is just paradise on Earth!

The rooms are huge with private hot tubs or swimming pool. The whole hotel is like a Movie set but what really amazed me was the staff, super polite and friendly. Our guest manager helped us with tours, transfer and dinner reservations and it was all perfect.

The food was great, the Chef knew I was allergic to dairy and prepared special dairy free pancakes just for me. The room service was outstanding, they even brought the hot food in a small oven to make sure it wouldn't get cold.

It's not a cheap place to stay but it's worth every single Dihram! Unforgettable experience!

We stayed for just one night after Christmas during peak season in this stunning property. Although I was redeeming a free night voucher with Leading Hotels of the World (which means our stay was for free) the hotel treated us like VIP and proved to be of utmost generosity towards its guests: free upgrade, free goodies, they even provided us a free transfer to La Mamounia, where we (unfortunately) spent the rest of our stay in Marrakech. Mamounia however was not as generous although they charged us 1.000,- Euros per night. But that's another story...

Service at Palais Namaskar is outstanding! Very efficient and the staff is well trained, for example at check in: very friendly welcome with name recognition, no forms to fill out (staff copied passport and did the rest for us), they did not ask for our credit card to have money blocked for potential expenses which make you feel trusted and welcome. Same when checking out. When I arrived at the lobby to ask for someone to help us with the luggage, the answer was: it's already in the car.
The property is beautiful, huge exotic garden with lawns and splendid architecture. There's water features everywhere.
They really know how to impress, also by being very generous, which is what you expect at such a level of hotel: Despite us not paying a dime for our stay we received a free upgrade into one of the 150 sqm pool villas with private garden and heated swimming pool. The villa features welcome candy (20 Maccarons) nespresso and delicious Mariage Frères tea for free, superb organic cosmetics from ila London and was very elegantly appointed with only the best materials and high quality electronic devices. Location is somewhat remote but very tranquil: ideal to unwind and relax after a 3 day tour to the Sahara (which we did) or just a day of sightseeing in Marrakech which can be quite exhausting. The hotel provides a free shuttle by Mercedes Benz minivan every hour or so. They drop you off and pick you up where you wanna go or at the central square. Very convenient, indeed! Everyone knew our names and have been very friendly and helpful throughout our short stay. We only had breakfast which was a la carte but beautifully presented and of high quality.

We transferred to La Mamounia after our stay at Palais Namaskar, because that was where we had originally booked and Palais Namaskar was just because we arrived one day earlier in Marrakech due to a change of itinerary. However we had the direct comparison of two of the top properties in Marrakech and we have to admit that Mamounia really cannot keep with Palais Namaskar neither regarding accommodation nor servicewise (maybe for location and history). Next time we will directly book Palais Namaskar.

Thank you for a perfect albeit short stay with you! Next time in Marrakech, we will be back for sure!

Very luxurius rooms and good service, everyone is very friendly and polite. Lthe location is too far from the city and few options of restaurants so the meals in the hotel are expensive, but one of the most amazing and impresive hotels i have stayed in.

We did spend few days with my GF in Marrakech and heard about Namaskar after few days over there.. We decided to discover the place with the breakfast experience. Our guest manager Etienne Petitpez did manage everything for us. We had a really nice time in front of the swiming pool. The food was great, orange juice, tea etc... In addition some amazing "pain perdue" and eggs. Clearly a to do experience in Marrakech if you want to discover a magnificient place without spending a night there.

The Palais Namaskar is one of the best hotels I have ever seen with a 3 hours flight. It's possible to spend some days in an amazing ambiance.
The staff gave us all the best that a guest can wish.
The Palais, the garden, our Pool Suite Bedroom........I think it's better to spend some days in this Palais, instead to try to explain how much is amazing.
