This was our last night in Marrakesh and we just arrived from Ouarzazate. We didn't have a hotel booked so we thought we will try to go to Hotel Cecil in Djemaa El Fna as we stayed there on our first night. Hotel Cecil was fully booked but the owner called around and asked us to wait and this person from Riad Douja came to pick us up.
Once we saw the room we were given I was positively shocked - it was the most beautiful Morrocan room I have ever seen - the owner offered us the room for 30 Euros per night, which still was a good price (I think the asking price was 50 euros!) as the location is great - just of the main square. The room was red with wooden bed, with typical Morrocan decoartions, It had bathroom (no toilet paper).
I cannot comment on the breakfast as we had brakfast with our friends outside the hotel, but the room, cleanliness and service was first class!
If I ever come back to Marrakesh, this will be the hotel I will stay in.
