We first booked this place online a few weeks prior to arriving. We were staying in the Room Figurier. We were three adults travelling so they put in an additional bed in the room. We arrived in the afternoon and were pleasantly greeted by the staff with some mint tea and sweets. The staff was very sincere and helped us tremendously with our trip to Marrakech. Upon our initial arrival we requested to do the Hammam Spa and Massage the same day; the staff arranged it to be done in 2 hours. The Hammam and Massage were sublime and left us feeling great. Me and my friends tried to navigate the souks but felt very overwhelmed with the number of locals trying to bother us to buy their products or direct us in other directions; so we asked the staff if they could arrange a guide for us for the following day. We had a great guide take us through the souks and also visit the tourist sites. Also, we wanted to see the Atlas Mountains and the Ourika Valley, and the staff also arranged a guide with a nice air conditioned comfortable van to take us. We found it very good to have these locals take us on the tours/activities because it felt very personalized and we were on our own schedule rather than a large tour group. The people providing the tours were also fantastic and very knowledgable.
Every night we would return to the Riad's excellent food on the terrace followed by some excellent mint tea and Hookah. We found the food to be delicious and very authentic. The Riad's staff members were undoubtedly the nicest people in Marrakech. The facilities were spectacular, we would certainly rate the room 5 stars. I strongly advise anyone who is travelling to Marrakech and looking top notch accommodations to stay a this riad.
