I booked this restaurant a month ahead of visiting Marrakech. I had 5 emails confirming the booking and menus; the last email was the day before I travelled. The booking was for a special celebration. When we got to the restaurant I was told I had cancelled the table - which was a total lie. We ended up having no table and nowhere where to have dinner. A friendly chap was waiting outside the restaurant and was willing to take us to this lovely restaurant, '2 minutes away'. 40 minutes later we ended up in an undercroft, dirty, dark and disgusting. We didn't stay!
Back at the hotel we were told that Dar Najat is well known for ignoring bookings - be warned!
