We had chosen this Riad due to the wonderful reviews and can say we were so happy we did. As soon as we arrived we saw that the Riad was indeed as beautiful as depicted in the pictures and the staff were so friendly we felt very welcome. Our Suite was lovely and couldn't fault it at all. On my boyfriends birthday we did the cooking course were we taken to the local market to choose the ingredients and then brought back to the Riad to cook the vegetable starters, lamb tagine and orange dessert. The course gave us a great insight into traditional Moroccan cooking. In the evening, they had set up a table with roses and candles for our meal - it looked very romantic! The weather was good during our stay and we did manage to use the terrace which was very relaxing. During our stay the staff were very attentive and even went to get us bottles of coke from the local store when they didn't have any - no request was too much of an effort for them. I hope future visitors to Riad Viva will enjoy their stay as much as we did.
