We were looking for something as a change from tagines, brochettes and salads so checked out trip advisor. The Amaia restaurant looked right so we jumped in a cab. When we got there at 8pm on a Tuesday night we were the only customers but we were soon chatting with the restauraunteur. We started with goats cheese and vegetables in filo and briouettes the morrocan equivalent of samosas. The goats cheese was very good. Onto mains of salmon in soy sauce and honey with vegetables and a superb stir fry of chicken in a yellow curry and coconut sauce with basmati rice. Nothing very Morrocan but an eclectic menu of beautifully cooked food. Friendly but does lack atmosphere. Very good value for money.
