We went here after a fun evening shopping in the souk for dinner. It was fun to experience the more sophisticated young Marrakechians, very lively bar and with live music, but there are two ways to visit this place which is worth knowing. If you want an early (8.30pm) dinner make sure you get a table on the ground floor where it is buzzing with diners, the food is delicious and local specialities are on the menu. Or go later (10pm+) and get a table on the first floor where the cabaret is and it stays open until 3am. Girls all very dressy, boys in jeans and t shirts.
We ended up having dinner on the first floor too early where it was a bit empty and then felt too exhausted to stick around for the belly dancing. Our hotel were told the show started at 8 so it was a shame to miss it. Clearly a destination hotspot for the locals and one to return to now we know the score!
Staff very friendly and a welcome break from the more traditional/historical stuff in the Medina.
