We chose to go here for a proper meal rather than the cheaper but more stressful option of eating somewhere on the Jemaa El Fna, the interior of this place is stunning, classical Arabic decoration, marble fountains and a small swimming pool in the centre of a courtyard surrounded by orange trees and other plants, this is the place to come if you need a break from the soukhs. The food is the usual Moroccan fare, tajine, pastilla, and brouchette, but it is cooked well, tastes fresh and is good value. If the kitchen offered a more adventerous menu, it would get 5 stars from me, but as our bill came to only 540 dirham (48 euros) for a main course, a good bottle of Moroccan Cabernet, and dessert, there is absolutely nothing to complain about. The servers are very professional as well.
Would definitely come back here.
