“Looking Forward to Coming Back soon”

Absolutely loved the Riad, walking through the amazing front door into a little slice of paradise.
Laurence was the most perfect hostess anticipating our every need and helping us organize a memorable trip. We were traveling with friends and a child and the Riad worked perfectly for us.It was a short walk into the centre of the old town and when we wanted to venture further afield transport was booked for us by Laurence. We took advantage of the spa and had a number of wonderful meals cooked for us a the Riad. Highly recommend this Riad and cannot wait to go back.

Last weekend now was our fourth stay at this outstanding Riad: Not only did we discover that they earned an "Excellence award" in 2014 - highly deserved so - but we could experience an even better service which we considered unbeatable the last time already.
The warm welcome of our hosts (Laurence et Olivier), the always smiling service personnel and the breath taking appearance of the Riad itself always creates a feeling of "coming home".
The rooms are uniquely furnished and very comfortable, the meals are like in a 2* restaurant (and you may watch the cook how she prepares the meals) and you have the choice of "dinner on demand" (speaking perfect English as well) - whatever you like: the Team of this wonderful Riad will make it happen.
Being in Marraech now since 15 years I have never experienced this kind of atmosphere elsewhere. Come and enjoy it yourself!

My wife and I go to Marrakech every year, for a travel show. This year we luckily chose Riad Laurence and Olivier for our stay. We like to explore different Riads each year, but we think next November we will be with Laurence again. The Riad is extremely nice, for several reasons. Surely the place is cozy, the decor well thought off, all is clean, the roof terrace has two levels and is roomy and beautiful, there is a garden with a swimming pool (very rare for Riads in the Medina), but what really, and most important of all, was outstanding is the hospitality. We also liked that there are only four rooms and it feels like being at a friend's home. We loved our stay there and we certainly recommend this Riad.

Room Tip: We stayed in Matisse suite and loved it

We weren't sure about staying in a regular hotel or a Riad. A regular hotel would be a "safe option" but we wanted the experience of Marrakech. After much research we chose the Riad Laurence and it was perfect. The owners made sure that we got exactly the balance we were looking for, a safe, clean, friendly environment, beautifully furnished and with a really unique feel. They and the staff clearly take real pride in their home and genuinely enjoy sharing it with guests. We also got excellent advice about how to get the most from our visit and where to go in the evenings. That said, eating in the courtyard by the pool, with local food prepared in their kitchen, was a lovely thing to do after a busy day in the hustle bustle of the souks.

We stayed in Riad Laurence Olivier for 3 nights for my wife's 30th birthday. We had the most magical stay.

The host, Laurence is such an incredible woman and host. She is so well travelled and has amazing stories to tell. She is so welcoming and really makes you feel at home. She will also help you arrange all aspects of your visit in Marrakech (restaurants, spa, sightseeing etc). She spent 2years to build the beautiful Riad and it really has paid off. The art, decoration, layout and attention to detail is immaculate. The Riad only has 4 rooms which makes the whole experience so intimate. We rarely saw any other guests and many times had the whole Riad to ourselves.

This was by far the best Riad I have stayed in Marrakech (I have stayed in 3 in total). It also has a back garden with a large pool which is very rare.

We loved having our breakfast and lunch in the terrace. All the areas of the Riad are beautifully decorated and such a nice feeling to be relaxing in the Riad. The staff are lovely and really polite.

The airport transfer was immaculate (free airport transfer if you book through luxury riads.com for 3 or more nights).

Make sure to have dinner here at least once - you won't be disappointed. We had dinner the first night after a tiring day in the Medina and it was lovely. The starter was a tomato and avocado salad which was great. The main was monkfish tagine which was amazing - alongside the tagine were many small side dishes which were all excellent and traditional Moroccan. We also were served a lovely homemade desert. All this for €25 per head! (At time of writing in Nov 2014).

Before we flew I emailed Laurence to ask to have flowers in our room - as a surprise to my wife for her birthday. Laurence arranged a huge beautiful bouquet of flowers (loads of roses). We kept the fresh flowers for the whole time of our stay and made the room smell amazing. (Cost was only €20!).

The Riad is about 10min walk from Medina so not in dead Central but we didn't mind that at all.

Either an occasion or not - I am sure if you choose their Riad you will have a magical stay.

If you're looking for a beautifully restored Riad in the Medina, close to the centre combined with fantastic genuine personal service this is the place for you. Laurence was so incredibly warm and welcoming but without being intrusive. She gave us great advice and organised everything for us with great pleasure. The Riad is incredibly decorated in a traditional style with many contemporary touches. It is both opulent and comfortable and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Most importantly it is private and absolutely safe and secure. We didn't have any concerns at any stage. Inside the atmosphere is serenely quiet with the trickling sound of water fountains and birdsong from the central atrium. We would love to be there now and will definitely return at some point in the future

Room Tip: The suites are perfect for a family stay

Our wonderful experience began when we received an email from the delightful Lawrence who told us that a driver would pick us up from the airport and would we like dinner. On arrival we were met with a very warm welcome to this stunning Riad and shown to a room fit for a Sultan. Romantic cosy and beautifully decorated in typical Moroccon style with attention to detail that was just amazing. Our fabulous stay did not stop here our hostess showed us around the area, booked dinner in cosy restaurants, booked spa treatments and arranged a trip to the Atlas Mountains which was unforgettable. Staff were attentive, food was beautiful, great value and Absolutely Fabulous !
