“Lovely hotel- great staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 23, 2014

Stayed here for a conference with work in February, staff were amazing! we had a huge number of people staying and everyday everything was on time, food was fresh and tasty! Rooms are big with nice size balcony. The pool area is really big with lots of sun loungers and a bar. The spa area is well kept with large treatment rooms.

Overall a brilliant hotel with really helpful staff!

I stayed at Adam Park Hotel with 6 friends. On arrival the staff were very helpful on arrival in particular a woman at the reception named Lubna. She in particular spoke very good english and was very helpful in helping us check-in as well as suggesting various places to visit during our stay at the Hotel. Overall a great experience with some lovely on site restaurants and delicious breakfast buffet and a lovely pool. Would definitely recommend this as it is a superb hotel.

We stayed four nights in the Adam Park, staff are lovely, hotel is clean, modern and would give it four and a half of the five stars. Rooms are well equipped with fridge and hairdryer and balcony. TV has about 2 or 3 english channels out of about 20. Breakfast is enjoyable with something for everyone, omelette station, meats, cheeses, variety of breads, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and hot food. There was lots of sunbeds when we were there...hotel wasn't full. Pool staff very friendly and attentive, the food at the pool was fine too, regular burgers, chips etc.. We ate in both the Italian Restaurant - very tasty! and the Moroccan, wouldn't recommend this, very bland and service not great. Supermarket is about 8 minute walk, come out of hotel and turn left...they also have a Carrefour supermarket (alcohol served in seperate area near the tills). They also have a food court if you wanted to catch a bite to eat etc. Hotel staff mostly speak French or Arabic but can get by in English. Taxi ride takes about 10 minutes...be careful of drivers overcharging, secure price before you get in. Hotel is located in very quiet area with about two or three hotels around... but you wouldn't really walk around and explore...crazy drives and foothpaths! Overall, a very nice hotel, you won't be disappointed.

The pool area is great with plenty of sun beds
The spa offers an excellent range of treatments at a reasonable price
The free shuttle bus is a bonus but taxis are cheap
Overall an excellent place to stay

We got a deals website voucher for this hotel and stayed for 3 nights - it was good value based on the voucher price. The hotel was extremely quiet midweek but we were told it was really busy at the weekend.
Our room was lovely. We used the spa and enjoyed the treatments. The pool was a great size. Breakfast had good variety - but sit indoors. We tried sitting outside but our plates were attacked by the birds ;)
We had dinner in the Italian restaurant the night we arrived - it was ok, not great.

The location is a bit removed from the medina and from the new town. Taxis are easily available and there is a shuttle bus a few times a day up to 6pm. It would be great if they had an evening one, but I suppose they want guests to hang around and eat in their restaurants, drink in the bar etc... The medina can be a bit hectic and its nice to relax in the hotel - best of both worlds

This is a 5 star hotel, but not by European standards still its not a bad place to stay especially if you get a good deal. Our only issue was with the wifi - it was great in the hotel lobby but not so good anywhere else in the hotel. That is an issue when trying to plan activities online etc

Room Tip: The rooms overlooking the garden are lovely - nice and quiet too.

Myself and some friends have just returned from a wonderful mini break at the Adam Park and Spa hotel in Marrakech. The location of the hotel is approx 10 minutes outside of the hustle and bustle of the square. The hotel is of a very good standard. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. The staff are delightful and extremely friendly. Nothing is too much for them. The spa is exceptional and the service provided by the the therapists is excellent. I would most certainly recommend using this hotel. Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday special.

An excellent base for a short break as well as a full holiday, close to airport, tourist attractions. From start to finish we found the all staff, from reception, bar, restaurant, pool and housekeeping friendly and attentive. The pool area is large and clean with plenty of comfortable beds. Treat yourself to a spa treatment, fantastic and good value. The four of us all agreed we will return for a longer break with our families or friends again
