Found this place via Trip Advisor and, after being ripped off in the main square, needed a decent meal and Oscar Progres didn't disappoint. Had the 100 dirham four-course, fixed menu, morrocan salad to start which was lovely, wife had chicken brochettes next and I had lamb cutlets, both great, and we both had chicken tajin which was delicious and a really good size.

The place was simple and unpretentious with plain decor and it was nice and quiet after the madness of the main square. Clientele included locals and tourists which is always promising. I'd definitely go again.

This is definitely a spot to visit while in marrakech. Just one block from Jemaa el Fna square, price is very reasonnable, doesn't feel like a tourist trap. Had the lamb and prune tajine one night, the a chicken couscous the second time, both were excellent.

Our meals here could only be described as adequate.My husband had Couscous (NOT a ginormous portion) whilst my Keftah with eggs seemed to have been left in the oven too long as it was very dried-up. The other customers were other foreign tourists, one or two local families with small children & a few elderly gents in jellabahs who came up to the counter for a chat & left again without buying anything.
By Moroccan standards it was clean & the service was friendly & reasonably prompt.
A "refuelling stop" rather than a memorable dining occasion.

Lovely food in an unpretentious setting. The 4 course menu was delicious, best to be hungry when you arrive as there is a lot of food! Would definitely go again.
