“Stunning, absolutely blown away!!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We came here after looking on trip advisor, at which point this riad was 2nd best. Our opinion, we think riad kheirredine deserve the number one spot! The staff were absolutely fantastic, they were very friendly and attentive. It was perfect, I couldn't fault a thing with this riad. The pictures are true too, this riad is beautiful and I was completely blown away upon arrival. So far Marrakech has been my favourite holiday destination and I truely believe everyone at riad kheirredine have made it that more special. I would be more than happy come here again and recommend to all family and friends.

Thank you riad kheirredine for an amazing experience.

The reviews do not lie: This place is a true gem! Rooms and grounds are clean, tastefully decorated, and spacious. I believe the riad was fully booked during our 3-night stay, but there was more than enough space to avoid overhearing other guests' conversations. Food was delicious: try the Moroccan dinner and garlic, onion, and tomato omlette for breakfast.

We stayed in two rooms here:
- Canelle, which is in the new section of the riad, on the terrace with the new pool. This room is lovely and the shower big, but it does face some heavy sun in the middle of the day, so it can get toasty in there. There is a nice, personal sitting area right outside the bedroom for two.
- Ambra, which is in the old section of the riad, up 3 flights of windy staircase. I really liked the sitting area at the end of the room by the fireplace. This room stayed much cooler, but has a very small traditional Moroccan shower. Also, it's windows overlooked one of the main "lobbies", so you may hear some conversations with your windows open.

The real beauty of this place is the staff. Every single person we interacted with; the owners, servers, guides, housekeeping staff, or 3 female concierges, were all lovely. Each person did their job well and with a smile. Everything they did for us was above and beyond what we could expect, from the initial walking guides in the medina to the detailed maps to emergency cell phone to the special food requests. Outstanding!

This riad and it's staff are first rate. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were a little nervous about staying at a Riad, as we normally stay at hotels. However, even before we got there, Valentina and the team demonstrated that nothing would be too much trouble for them, as they responded to countless emails on arranging a surprise breakfast for my wife.

The arrival was smooth, with the driver waiting with a clear sign. After the short drive, we were met by the Riad security team to be escorted in the five minute walk through the winding Medina streets (they are easy to navigate and the locals are friendly). We entered an oasis of perfume, landscaped terrace and delicious traditional food - being vegetarian was no issue. When we made it to our room (Jasmine Suite), we knew we had lucked out. We felt like we had been taken back centuries, into traditional but beautiful rooms. Best of all, the kids were on the 1st floor and we were on the 2nd, so we were together but had plenty of our own space.

Over the next few days, we were treated to warm and friendly greetings, delicious breakfasts, faultless organisation, advice on places to visit, restaurants etc. To top it off, they laid on an amazing surprise breakfast for my wife - decorating an area with rose petals/balloons/confetti, arranging flowers, making a wonderful cake... The list goes on.

We had an amazing four days with people for whom nothing was too much trouble. We travel a lot and do not lavish praise easily, but in this instance we have no hesitation recommending Riad Kheirredine.

For a place to retreat to from anywhere or anything, this could not be improved. The Riad is beautifully decorated, the staff are thoughtful, kind and cheerful, the food is great, the bed was the best, perfumes of soap and oil wreath around you, there are shady places and sunny places and views over the city. A lovely spa/hammam. There are candles and oranges, fountains and roses. It's good value, romantic, peaceful, attentive, a fascinating walk to the Medina, help always on hand,

We stayed in the Riad April 1st until the 4th. I will not go into how perfect the staff is, and how beautiful and comfortable the Riad is...everyone has already done such an amazing job reviewing this place! I will just say that all reviews are completely 100% correct!
Valentina and Cinzia, and everyone else who's name escapes me at the moment...do everything in their power to make sure your stay is perfect from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave (even though you don't really want to!)

I highly recommend the airport transfer to the Riad. Someone will come out to meet you and walk you through the MAZE (not kidding) to the Riad. It is so hard to imagine that in the middle of such confusing walls and twists and turns, there is a door that leads you into Paradise!

We stayed in the LOTUS room. It is such a beautifully designed space! The little seating area is so comfortable. The bathroom is perfect! The robes so soft...the bed was firm, but nothing to complain about. There is no noise...not during the day, not at night...the call to prayer early in the morning is almost soothing...you come to expect it and you wait for it :) It's all the sounds and scents of Marrakech that you fall in love with right away!

Our first night at the Riad, we asked for the Morroccan dinner. It was fabulous! The local wine very tasty and the entire meal was so very good! Kudos to the Chef!

I took advantage of the Hammam/Massage package. LOVED IT! So relaxing! I came out smelling so good, and completely stress-free! I highly recommend the Hammam treatment!

Everyone is so friendly, from the staff to the guests...to the cats roaming around the top floors :)

The staff found out our Anniversary was approaching, and they surprised us with rose petals all over our room! How thoughtful and beautiful! They also gave us a bottle of local wine, and set up a dinner for us on the terrace. What a great night it was...lightning, thunder, a little rain, sunset...and a beautiful candlelit dinner!

As far as sightseeing...the one place that we were able to walk to without getting lost is the Majorelle Gardens. Very easy walk, great Gardens...nice Cafe inside. Try the briouats!!!! From the Gardens we took a horse carriage to the Koutoubia Mosque.
Most of the time we took a taxi (50Dh no matter where you want to go). My husband did not like to roam the streets of Marrakech too much.
It wasn't easy to find the sights, but we managed...the Badi palace was gorgeous, the storks at the top were quite a sight to see! Bahia palace was nice...Saddien Tombs...Kosybar restaurant and El Terrasse des Epices I highly recommend!

What else can be said...it was quite an experience, but I think navigating the streets would have been much easier with a guide. If you can, get a guide if just for the day, it will be completely worth it!

Great place to stay, fantastic rooms, service amazing - highly recommended. Roof terrace was great place for breakfast and sunset - loved being given a local phone to call the Riad if you get lost in the Souks

Room Tip: Verveine suite was great
