“After a slightly disappointing start,a magical stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 days ago NEW

Sometimes we are able to gauge an hotel and it's service by the way problems are solved.
Having arrived and settled into our room all the lights went out. This was followed by a very long delay for our dinner being served and white wine being presented instead of red, which resulted in a further wait.......however,all of these small situations were resolved with abject apologies and the rest of our 3 night visit was superb!
The riad is beautiful, the rooms stunning, the service by everyone exemplary and we will be back.
The roof terrace is a great sunspot with a lovely 360 degree vista over the city

this riad topped all our expectations. the rooms are just lovely (we stayed in Eucalyptus) and the warm welcome and great guest service from Valentina and her team is 5*****
the roof top teracce is a great hang out place to chill out and enjoy the view to Atlas Mountain.

the riad is not right in the center of the Souks and Tourist places, but we experienced this rather positive. You only walk 10-15min to this "halli galli" and can enjoy your stay more quiet.

so - stop looking for another riad and book this one :-)

Room Tip: spend a little bit more and go for a suite

Wonderful staff and service. Top five things - the freshly squeezed orange juice, the cashmere bedding, the friendly staff, drinking wine on the terrace and the mobile phone provided in case of emergencies. There are many other wonderful things to say which all the other reviewers have covered. We'll definitely be back again this year...

This is our 1st review on Tripadvisor as we felt this Riad merited excellent feedback. Irish couple (well travelled) in our late 30's on a 3 night stay in Marrakesh. Reception & service received was superb !! Lovey decor, very clean, extremely relaxing. Very good breakfast and be sure to have it on the rooftop terrace where the view of the snow capped mountains was beautiful. The Riad is hidden away on side streets but they provide you a mobile phone & access to hotel porter 24hrs so you can never get lost & always feel safe. Overall if we were returning to Marakesh we know where we will stay :) N&M

Everything good you read about this Riad is true, the staff here will make your stay truly exceptional, particularly Valentina & Elena, they go above and beyond the call of duty. Marrakech is an eye opener & not for everybody, tourists are taken advantage of everywhere, not even a helpful direction will be given without the need to recompense. We ate twice in the Riad & both meals were wonderful, the Moroccan & the Italian, the service was sublime. We stayed in the Vanille suite & it was gorgeous, the bath was huge & sumptuous, very decadent! You will never get this level of service in a hotel, it was personal and out of this world. I probably wouldn't return to Marrakech as I found it very hard work, mercenary and stressful, but I would definitely say that the Riad is the best place I have ever had the pleasure to be welcomed in, thank you to you all!!

We stayed at the Riad for 3 nights last week and couldn't recommend it highly enough. The staff were all delightful and did their utmost to make our stay memorable, They always asked if we wanted to be accompanied when going out, as the little alleys are quite confusing for the first few trips. They gave excellent recommendations for restaurants, sights and itineraries for sight-seeing. The room was delightful and immaculately clean. The terraces have glorious views of the mountains and we really enjoyed the ability to order tea, coffee or cold drinks (included in the room rate) at any time. The breakfasts were delicious, and the meal they cooked for us on the first evening excellent. We can't wait to return!

I stayed at Yasmine suit room, good, but three levels for two person, waste!
Terrace is stunning, good view about this city, especially at dust for sunset.

Service is the best, every staff always ask me for help before I made a request, and they provide us back up mobile phone for everything need to help when we go outside, and also give us a city map with detailed introduce!

But for dinner and wine、beer etc,no menu,no clear price list, too expensive(10euro/1 spaghetti,5euro/1 beer),nobody told us price,my fault is not ask price in advance, just thought should be reasonable……

If possible, for your dinner outside riad!
