“A top riad”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 26, 2014

Our stay was amazing at this riad- perhaps our favorite in Morocco. The service was exceptional- everyone who works there is attentive to guests' needs. We were appreciative of the constant stream of snacks and tea. The breakfast was outstanding as well.
The only drawback was the size of the Orange Room. It is beautiful, but too small for the money. That being said, we were still very happy with our experience.

Room Tip: Take a room other than the Orange

It is all true! You need look no further for top class service in a great location! From the moment you arrive you will be treated to 5* luxury from each member if staff you come into contact with. Nothing is too much trouble for anybody here from bringing you mint tea and homemade pastries on the roof top terrace to escorting you to find your way in the narrow streets of the medina. The food is amazing and freshly cooked to order and the breakfasts are to die for- no need for lunch!
We were on our honeymoon and felt like royalty with all the special touches they did for us- meal, drinks, rose petals in the room! Just wow!
Thank you everybody at Riad Kheirredine you are all amazing!!!!

There is little that can be added to previous reviews about this riad. It is truly wonderful with the most friendly, helpful and willing staff that we have ever encountered. You really do leave feeling like a friend rather than a guest and nothing is too much trouble. We were a little unsure about how we would get on in Marrakech but can honestly say that it is one of the best holidays we have had, thanks in no small part to the staff at Riad Kheirredine. They made sure we felt safe and confident about walking around the city, which can be a daunting experience at first. By the second day we felt like locals. The food at the riad is brilliant and they produced a beautiful cake and flowers for my birthday during our stay. Do not even hesitate to come to Marrakech and stay in this fabulous place. You won't regret it!

Room Tip: Ambre is a lovely spacious, well-appointed room.

Excellent all round. We would have liked to take the staff home with us, (and the roof terrace) (and the Italian food -it was a welcome change from the tagine).
I hope Valentina has found her electric blanket - I'm sure it is not needed by now.

I was slightly hesitant at the prospect of staying at a Riad, but a stay at the Kheirredine has re-defined luxury and customer care. Valentina and her team are wonderful: they pamper, care and guide without being intrusive. Better than 5 star!

If you really want to go,to Marrakech, then this must be the place. The Riad is wonderful. This Riad clearly prides its self on customer service and it does not disappoint. The staff have permanent smiles and really care if you are enjoying your stay. We stayed for three nights for a romantic break away and stayed in the valliere room. It was beautiful. You must have a meal at the riad. We had one the first night ( arriving at 2100) and it was the best food we tried in Marrakech. The owner gives you a mobile phone when you arrive and you call them to walk you back to the hotel at night. Brilliant. The breakfast is huge and wonderful. Again, I have to underline the service in this riad. It is the highest level we have ever experienced in a hotel bar none. Nothing is too much trouble. When we were about to leave he owner rang our room to send someone up to collect our bags, "none of my clients will carry their bags in my riad". This sums up the service perfectly in this riad. Marrakesh is so busy and frantic, you run the real risk of not actually leaving the hotel it is so beautiful!! Th riad is currently being expanded and to I believe 11 rooms. The owner will sort out taxis and even a hamman for you if you want! Breakfast on the roof terrace is a must. Treat yourself and book here, you won't regret it. A special thank you must go out to anya. (Sorry if I spelt your name wrong) She is the customer service lady, she is brilliant. Again, nothing is too much trouble for her. Mint tea on the roof terrace, not a problem! She works a 16 hour day with a huge smile.

Room Tip: We had the veriene room (bad spelling I know)! It was amazing and next to the roof terrace

We had a 4 day break to celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary with friends. We booked Eucalyptus and friends had the Amber room both were great. It has all been said before. We have stayed in many lovely place and Hotels but all could learn about true customer service from Valentina and all the Staff, they made the break. All trips were booked for us and worked like clockwork. Nothing was too much trouble and the rose petals in our room on our anniversary day was from the heart.
