Yes, like all the good gems in ancient city quarters like Marrakech, this restaurant is hard to find. But well worth it!
We got the larger of the two set price fixed menus. And boy did it fill us up! The starter of 6 different dips - amazing! There was a carrot and rosewater one, plus quite a few that I couldn't say for certain what they were except that it was a real taste sensation! Followed by a chicken and preserved lemon tagine (quite salty, actually - be warned! keep some bread from the dips to space out the saltiness) which came with perfectly salted and crispy fries. Followed by dessert and tea mint with pastries. All for 180 D!
We got there late afternoon/early evening for a late lunch/early dinner. Sat on the roof top and was the only diners. Had the place to ourselves, above the hustle and bustle of the street.
Really enjoyable last dinner in this frenetic city.
