A friend and I stayed 2 nights at Riad Cocoon. It wasvery pleasant. Corinne was very helpful. Prior to arriving I had some difficulties and she was very accommodating. Upon arriving we were greeted by Corinne, her staff, and awesome dog Samba. We were offered mint tea, pastries, and a tour of the Riad. The staff were very kind, attentive and made us feel at home.

Corinne has great taste and the Riad is very chic and zen. The riad is not large but it is cozy and very well decorated. I especially liked the bathroom and shower which were spacious. However, I recommend booking a larger bedroom with a window. It's a little more expensive, but I think it's worth it because you'll get more ventilation and sunlight. Corinne offered us this option, but we made the mistake of not accepting.

Corinne gave us great restaurant recommendations and even called to make reservations. Furthermore, her staff was kind enough to escort us from the riad to the restaurants. Very good customer service!

Me and my partner had 4 nights in the lovely Nirvana room with private terrace. Straight away, we fell in love with the place, we arrived fairly late but were welcomed with mint tea and cakes in the smart lobby. We then went up to the room and were blown away by the effort that had been made - the room was perfect size, bathroom was great, but the thing we loved most were the little bits which made the room that bit special. The roses, the animal shaped towels, the amazingly romantic playlist on the ipod and more. The private terrace was nice for sunbathing on our own when we needed relaxing time from the madness of Marrakech! We had dinner at the riad on our last night which was beautiful and I would highly recommend. Breakfasts were also great and very filling! Corinne and Simon were extremely helpful and super friendly, as were all the staff. We were very sad to leave and hope to come back at some point!

Corinne and her staff leave nothing to chance when it come to providing outstanding service. We were met at the airport, received a very warm welcome in the Riad and enjoyed an excellent and romantic dinner on our first night. We stayed in the "Nirvana" room on the top floor, a spacious and very well equipped room with its own roof terrace. During our stay we relied on Corrine to arrange for restaurant bookings, day trips and beauty treatments. We have never been so pampered in a hotel, ever. Riad Cocoon must be the best Riad in Marrakech; we cannot think of anything that could be improved upon. Very highly recommended!!

Before we even arrived in Marrakech we had good vibes about Cocoon, emanating from the lovely email we received from the owner, Corinne when we booked. Would we like to be met at the airport? would we like dinner in the Riad on our first night?

Yes and yes; and here lies the secret of Cocoon's brilliance - Corinne. She is a star! So the decor is fantastic, the service is fantastic, the food is fantastic, the attention to detail is fantastic, the hammams are fantastic, Samba the Boston terrier is fantastic, Corinne's knowledge of restaurants and trips is fantastic. You get the picture.....

We have never stayed anywhere better for a holiday. Each room is themed and has its own iPod with playlists created by Corinne's partner Bernard. There are towelling robes and slippers, rose petal strewn bathrooms, towels laid out each morning on the sun loungers, a lovely breakfast served at any time you like on the terrace under a clear blue sky. Cocoon is a haven of tranquility among the hubbub of Marrakech.

And when we were souk-ed out Corinne sat us down with a glass of wine and sorted out a gastronmic and tourist itinerary for the remainder of our stay. Her staff guided us through the souks and to restaurants we wouldn't otherwise have found. It got to the stage where we just left it to Corinne. We would ask one her staff what we were doing, and get a reply. 'Taxi at 7.45, restaurant booked for 8.00'.

How Cocoon can be only numbered in the 60s on Trip Advisor I will never know. I just echo everything else people have said about this great holiday destination.

And typical of Corinne, she had sent another lovely email to us when we got back. Outstanding all round.

Room Tip: Nirvana gives you your own private terrace. Put some tunes on your iPod

We spent 4 romantic days&nights in this wonderful Riad. Upon our arrival we had a typical Moroccan dinner on the terrace, which was sooooo romantic with the flower petals and the music. On this terrace we had yummie breafast every morning, with freshly squeezed orange juice, home-made marmelade with pancake and local bread and fruit salad. One day we enjoyed the hammam treatment and an excellent massage.
The hospitality and the service is wonderful, from arranging airport transfer to reserve restaurants for dinner, indulging us with delicious mint tea and moroccan sweets...this made us forget that the wireless internet was hardly working.
Corinne, Bernard and the staff made our stay unforgettable!

We stayed here with a couple friend of ours, we had the Green Room and they had the Purple room, both were absolutely beautiful. The Riad itself is amazing, tidy, relaxing and the staff were so helpful and lovely. Corinne went out of her way to make our trip enjoyable and food here is delicious. I had a hammam spa which was absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend this place.
