The riad is very conveniently located from Jemaa El Fnaa, the medina and restaurants. The room we stayed in was very clean, though rather small. Water in the shower was not hot enough. The food was average and restaurants close by are a better choice. The breakfast served was cold. Unlike the other riads, here one does not get the traditional Moroccan welcome with mint tea and a short conversation - it's rather impersonal and more like a hotel.

Me and my boyfriend didn't stay at the hotel, but went there for a massage. It was no problem at all when we asked if we could see the spa first. Booked 2 massages, we could go together. It was a really nice experience, friendly people and a really really good massage. If there's one thing that can be changed it would be the music. I'm not that of a Celin Dion/titanic lover. Other then that it was great!

Very clean, very friendly staff. Beautiful room - suite -, clean, nice decoration! Spa is very good. Breakfast was correct. Perfect location to visit the medina. Price is more rather low for what you finally get.

I stayed one night here with my sister, we got a deluxe twin room with a price reduction from the friendly reception man. breakfast was on the terrace. the hotel is very clean and everything is new. the riad is located in the edge of the medina, very close to jemaa and fna and koutoubia. the access is made from the outside road so you avoid the hassle of the medina which is perfect if you're driving and need a parking (just located in the other side of the road).
