The view from the cafe at the top is nice as was the little cafe we stopped by for a rest. But im not sure why this attraction is so highly rated.

“A must go if you like anything remotely related to humanity”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 2, 2013

Nice photos that you simply can't miss if you want a nice intimate rapport with Morocco. The nice thing is they sell posters and photos developed from original films so that you can take with you a piece of Morocco

“Nice photos, but way too expensive”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2013

The photos were very nice, not doubt about that, but for an entrance fee of 40 dirham (If I remember correctly) I expect more information in English and more photos as well.

“Great for lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 1, 2013

This is a quirky little museum. You can buy a ticket which allows you to return any time. Definitely interesting to see the history of Marrakech. Perfect for lunch with a stunning roof top restaurant that serves great local cuisine for a fair price.

“Nice getaway from the Medina hustle”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 31, 2013

We came here based on the nice reviews in order to get away from the Medina hustle for a little bit. Although it certainly must have been a hidden gem before, it may not be so anymore. The rooftop terrasse has a nice view over the city and is worthwhile going to, especially to have an inexpensive nice tajine lunch. Service is very slow though. We did not find the photo exhibition particularly interesting. However, all staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is difficult to find indeed, but we managed to do so by ourselves.
