I will agree with the vast majority of comments other guests have made. The riad is well equipped, quiet, the plunge pool is a plus and the location a short walk from the back entrance to the main souks is very convenient.
The housekeeper Zahira is lovely and cooked a great meal the night we arrived and the property manager, Radoun, was also very obliging. Although the meal was delicious and of course it was very convenient to eat in, it was nevertheless expensive. Marrakesh is a complicated mix of very cheap places where the locals eat (always unlicensed) and more touristy places where alcohol is served and which can match London prices.
My criticisms relate to the fact that some things are beginning to look worn/dirty including the light coloured sofas in the lounge and some fixtures and fittings are broken or damaged ( for example broken door hinges/bolts on a bedroom door and Jacuzzi bath not working). These are only small points but after all one is paying good money to stay in the riad. The beds are also extremely hard which does not make for a good nights sleep.
