If you want to stay in the heart of the medina and at the same time sleep in a quiet area, this is the place. This riad lies within walking distance from the famous square and some great shopping streets. The guys that run the riad are wonderful and will do everything to make you feel at home. They speak several languages and are very helpful with everything. They prepare an excellent breakfast that will be served on the roof top terrace on sunny days. The rooms are nicely decorated, quite modern with great sense of taste, and so are the bathrooms, and yet there is this cozy feeling of a real Moroccan riad. I love the place.

Riad Dar Thania is a beautiful, peaceful, private oasis in the middle of the hectic medina. There are only 3 rooms in the entire riad - my family and I had 2 of the 3 rooms. The rooms are very well decorated and clean. Since we had 2 of the 3 rooms, we felt like we had the whole Riad to ourselves. The riad also has a beautiful terrace where you can eat breakfast or soak up the sun, and a very comfortable lounge/living room area to enjoy tea, watch tv, and unwind. The owner Ludovic and the manager Momo are both very hospitable and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place!

My friends and I just came back from a two weeks vacation in Morroco.
We first stayed in Marrakech for a few days and then headed south to the grand desert and Kasbha.
What can I say about Riad Dar Thania ? The owner Ludovic, who's French, recently converted his own place into a Riad just few minutes away from the action but in a very quiet neighborhood.
We stayed there for 3 nights and was also kind enought to invite us for a drink on our last day, woaaaaaaaaaaaah. His manager Momo, a trully great character with lots of charme and spirit, trully made us feel like special persons in this Riad.

Brakefast was fantastic and plentifull.
Wifi was available for free and flat screen TV.
Very, very clean place, just spotless.

I can only recommend this Riad, the best one we had in our tour, a real gem.

Cheers folks and have fun.

The riad has complied with what the homepage promised. We are positive surprised of the town and the Riad and we recommend it especially for young enterprising culture and open people.

one must cope with some of the crop and the interior, perhaps for through large or solid personal less suitable.

bravo, you've built up a small oasis in the middle of a chaotic but nice town.

... today is not all days, we will come back, no question.

We stayed 5 days and it was in one word: perfect. The whole riad was ours and it was like being home with a super host. We were surprised by the charming house, the comfortable rooms and above all by the warm, attentive, personal and nevertheless professional approach. The contact with Ludovic, the owner, was pleasant, warm and reliable; Momo, the host, was great...he guided us, made appointments, took us for a ride, cooked fantastic and made us a super breakfast every day on the terrace. It was a great experience and we hope to come back again.

What can we say, the title says it all...truly an unforgettable place! Riad Dar Thania was a peaceful oasis of 3 cozy bedrooms with a relaxing atmosphere, great food, and attentive staff. Momo, the riad manager was incredible and helped us far beyond our requests. Breakfast on the terrace in the mornings was perfect...those warm, sunny Marrakesh skies was a perfect compliment to the assortment of breakfast items. The rose petals arranged on our bed in the shape of a heart greeted us when we first arrived...a nice touch which made our honeymoon even more special.

We will not forget this place and the people we met there...don't miss out on Riad Dar Thania.
