“Modern Marocan food of European price”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012 via mobile

I loved my lunch at this resturant, interesting presentation ideas, but the price is exagurated even for a person living in France like me, 240 Dh for one person (juice+marocan salad+beef tajeen+ sweet+ coffee), I think if it was around 180 Dh would have been great.
Personally I'll come back but won't take their fresh juices, otherwise go wild on their sweet and main dish.

“Great place for lunch”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 29, 2012

This is a great little place to go for lunch - big sandwiches, burgers, soups, etc ... all with a bit more effort in terms of presentation.

Quite a few of the reviews we read before going criticised the speed of service. This isn't a fast food restaurant, it's a cafe. Waiting and people watching is half the pleasure, and I would actually rate them higher for having given us the room to settle and relax rather than throwing food at us and chasing us out.

“Top 5 in food, Top 1 in quality/price. Best value”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 26, 2012

I wanted a place like this since I got to Marrakech. We wanted a place that had local flavors, with a bit of cooking know-how (although it's easy to find restaurants that serve fresh and local ingredients Marrakech, it doesn't always mean they know how to handle the huge variety of spices and flavors the markets have to offer). We wanted it to be well located, not a tourist trap and clean. This restaurant truly has it all. For 80 Dh (maybe double what you'd pay in a low-end tourist restaurant here but easily half what you'd pay for similar quality) the fish dish was plentiful and savoury. A must!

“Nice for a break in the souks”

This sweet little place is very close Hayati. Very convenient for a drink or salad when shopping in the souks.
