“Amazing architecture.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 14, 2013

A must visit if you love architecture. A modern station with an amazing frontage. And so clean. Take a stop and visit even if not travelling by train. And there are great coffee shops nearby opposite the opera house.

“Marrakesh Express”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

Being of a certain age, Crosby, Stills and Nash's classic "Marrakesh Express" drew us to the station. It's a really nice place (even if you're not into stations or 60's music) it has a McDonald's, a pleasant looking Restaurant/bar (not tried) and very clean toilets. Beware of taxis touted outside, where there is no obvious cab rank. Ours turned out not to be one of the beige official cabs and felt like it was about to fall apart (the price was the same as the proper cabs).

“Biggest station in Africa?”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

That's what someone told us. We walked by it many times, day and night. It is beautifully lit, not overcrowded and a fine modern building which stands out boldly and proudly against all the sandy coloured buildings and building sites of which there seemed to be so many in Marrakesh! A joy to behold!

“Marrakesh Station”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 4, 2013

This is the hub of Marrakesh, full of interesting people arriving and departing. The station is new, exciting and well designed. There is a choice of good restaurants and Inexpensive.

You can get a tour bus outside that is well worth using.
