“Perfection”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 11, 2012

We stayed at this great Riad after Easter and could not have chosen better - beautiful rooms, fantastic terrace; wonderful, kind service. The adjacent spa is a huge bonus. We will return

“Tranquility in the hustling and bustling of Medina”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 5, 2012

Imaging this! You are in the middle of hustling and bustling of Medina, but after you entered Dar Justo, you immediately find tranquility and felt you are in a different world.

The court yard, hallway, terrace and room are tastefully decorated. You can sit in the comfortable chair at the terrace and enjoy your mint tea.

On site hammam and spa are excellent with reasonable price. Front desk staffs are courteous and you can truly enjoy authentic Moroccan style hospitality.

“Excellent, tranquil hotel.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 16, 2012

This is a beautiful oasis away from the heat and hassle of the souk, but still only a stone's throw away. Excellent, friendly service with a real family-run, personal feel. A lovely base, especially for a couple.
We travelled with two young boys, aged nine and 11 and they fitted in well; but this is perhaps not an ideal hotel if you have youngsters who want to let off a bit of steam. The pool is delightful, but is more for cooling off than swimming, being shallow and small. Having said this, so long as you have well-behaved children and are sensitive to other guests, you should have no problem.
Superb breakfast of pancakes, fruit salad, yoghurt, cake, bread, fresh juice and copious amounts of coffee.
The hotel is also very helpful in organising trips much less expensively than we'd seen advertised elsewhere.

“Top location in Marrakech”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 4, 2012

We were 13 couples wanting to have a 1 night Riad experience. This was very difficult to find because Riads only have 6 to 9 rooms and don't accept people for 1 night. Dar Justo is an hotel made of 3 Riads where this was possible. Very tastefull and they do have a wonderfull spa

“Pretty riad in good location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2012

Stayed here for 3 nights recently as part of a week long trip in Morocco. This riad is well designed throughout - the rooms, communal areas and roof terrace all look great. We had a suite which contained a mezzanine level with a double mattress on it. This room is probably best suited to families or groups as being a couple we had no use for the extra space on the top level which only had a bed. Loved the location of this property, it was very close to the square and all the action but yet very peaceful and quiet.

Rooms were clean and comfortable with complimentary water, a safe, tv and hairdryer. However there were a few minor gripes as I found the room quite dark overall with little natural light and the bathroom was the same. I guess that's to be expected in these type of old buildings but some stronger lighting in the bathroom would've been good. The shower mounting in the bathroom was also broken so you had to hold the shower head all the time and there was no proper bin (just a minuscule basket).

Breakfast was great, very filling, fresh and tasty. We also tried the reflexology, hammam and massage in Les Bains Bleu which is next door (and part of the riad) and the treatments & service was very good. The staff at the riad were helpful when you asked for assistance but compared to the other places we stayed on this trip there was some warmth and interaction lacking. Maybe it's because this is a much larger place than your typical riad that this element is lost and if we'd only stayed here and not had other places to compare to we'd probably not have commented on this. All in all though I was very pleased and would stay here again.
