It was hard to find, but well worth the effort. We had a wonderful meal. The staff are fabulous, attentive without being intrusive. The food was excellent, and the riad itself is stunningly beautiful.

After eating at 6 different high end restaurants of Marrakech, I can say the Riad Kniza holds its own. Yummy, authentic Moroccan food served by a gracious staff in a tasteful and quiet setting -- with fireplaces roaring none the less! Highly recommended.
We had a very special dinner at Riad Kniza, but stayed elsewhere. There are many formula dinners in Marrakech, but the quality and professionalism of the staff was second to none.
*Note: google maps has an incorrect location for this property!!! We got quite lost among crumbly ruins and quiet residential corridors by way of our iPhone. The riad's staff told us that they have tried at length to get Google to resolve this. If you ask for directions, beware of false guides, who were particularly aggressive in this area.
All that being said, once you enter the Riad, everything is splendid, and worth the walk.

This riad is well worth a visit - tucked away down a back street in Marrakech it is like stepping back in time - an oasis in the madness of the souk! Food was fantastic - can't recommend highly enough
