We have been in Morocco for over a week and this was the best meal we've had. From the beautiful riad, roof-top ding, excellent service and 5 course dinner, we enjoyed every moment of the experience. The highlight of the meal was the perfect chicken tangine, with the well-spiced chicken falling off the bones and melting in our mouths.

When we arrived the very friendly manager showed us around the Riad and told us a little about its history. We had a choice of tables and chose to sit on the roof terrace in a lovely tented area. Our waiter was very attentive, friendly and a funny guy. He made us feel welcomed and was not too intrusive. It almost felt like we had a private dining as there was only one more table dining on the roof in the other tent/canopy area and once they had left it was just us.
We enjoyed the excellent vegetarian set meal. Had savoury pastries and lots of Moroccan salad dishes to go along with it. Followed by sweet potato tagine and vegetable cous cous and a very nice dessert. Mint tea and sweet pastries to finish. Food was very tasty. It's perhaps not the cheapest but we were very happy to pay. 90 euros plus tip for 2 set dinners, bottle of wine and water. Not bad really.
