“Delicious, fresh and veggie”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 20, 2013

We had a lunch in this nice little restaurant in the Medina. After all the Moroccon tajines and other dishes that were really tasty, but with so much meat and - to our taste- so little vegetables, this was a relief. Beautifully presented, very fresh ingredients and really tasty. We can recommand it to anyone!

“yes!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 7, 2013

I went there 3 times during my 1 week stay in the Medina. The food is excellent and even my meet eating fiance loved it :) The staff are very friendly. The prices are cheap. The interior can be considered a little cheap too but I loved the kitsch of it. The only word of advice - don't order the Moroccan mint tea there. The place is run by French and they haven't got a clue how to make a good tea.

“fantastic freshly cooked vege / vegan food”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 27, 2013

i love this place!! we ate here several times during our visit to marrakech, it was nice to escape the noise and hustle and bustle in such a chilled out calm place.
ok, so there isn't a huge choice of food, but the small range of dishes are fantastic! the quality and freshness of the ingredients are what made it. the fresh fruit juices too are amazing!

easy to find.... in the Djemaa el fna find El Waha restaurant/cafe ('terrasses panoramiques') and go down the alleyway next to that, through an arch. walk along the narrow street for about 5 minutes, and its tucked down an alleyway to the right. this is quite a nice street for shopping on too, the shop owners are less aggressive than on the main square!

anyway, getting back to the food.... the pumpkin, spinach and goats cheese filo pastry parcel with cinnamon apples, and veg was one of the most amazing things i have ever tasted!!!
lovely, friendly staff too. it was worth going to Marrakech just for this place!

oh, and the other Earth Cafe (which was on a street that runs parallel to this one) is equally good! not as quiet and calm surroundings, but the food was fantastic.

“Not what you think”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

I so wanted this to be a hidden gem of amazing vegetarian experience... Instead it was a bit dinky, fairly run down and definitely lacking vibe (and vibe overflows in Marrakesh!).
We went there at about 8pm on a Sunday, so perhaps the time had an impact?

The food was fine. Simple, tasty, using fresh ingredients from what I could see in the tiny little kitchen. If you are looking for straight forward vegetarian food this will be fine.

“Great veggie fare in a cute little place”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

As a vegetarian, this place was a real find for me. They serve great value veggie and vegan meals that are delicious. Staff are really friendly too. Don't expect palatial surroundings - it's shabby chic but that adds to the charm. We had a couple of evening meals there and each one was great. As others have said, it's tricky to locate but it's very close to the main market and souks so is in a good position.
