“Really friendly, helpful management and staff - made our stay easy”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2015

Our first time to Morocco and the welcome here by the staff and management was so friendly giving ud plenty of information and tips. Housekeeping was excellent too. Hotel is a good half hour walk to the Madina but it was a lovely walk and we'd rather be out of the busse. Food at the attached restaurant was always mouthwatering!

This riad is beautiful and luxurious, although a considerable distance from the medina and center of town. But it was great to come back to such a calm oasis--with a fire roaring in the communal living room-- at the end of a hectic day. We loved everything except for underwhelming concierge service. Maybe once they get internet at the front desk things will get up to speed. But otherwise a delightful place with warm service, excellent food and beautiful rooms.

Room Tip: Wifi avail in common areas but not in the guest rooms.

A stay in this hotel is highly recommended, the staff from time of arrival to departure did everything in their power to make this a very memorable holiday ,nothing was too much trouble and always with a smile. The hotel itself has 27 rooms which are clean and comfortable and a good size. The food was fantastic the best we had during our stay in Marrakech.
The hotel is about a forty minutes walk from the medina and five minute walk from a shopping mall so you had peace and quiet if needed.
We did a sightseeing tour a quad bike ride and a hot air balloon trip all well worth doing and all booked through the hotel.
A hamman and massage done in their spa is a must. Marrakech is a diverse city to visit and the Al Fassia is just the jewel in the crown.

On arrival at the airport we had made the mistake of not contacting the Hotel to arrange to be met. So we got ripped off by a local Taxi to take us to the hotel. But once we got there it was all great.
We have just returned from Marrakech where we stayed at the Al Fassia. The hotel was small hosting 27 bedrooms, but the attitude of can do was fantastic. There was nothing they could or would not do for you. Attention to detail and always with a smile. We had great meals in the restaurant attached and you can book at reception. Breakfast was a very healthy start to the day. A great change form the normal fry up. You could snacks at the pool at lunch time. As everything was made from scratch with fresh produce, you must be prepared to wait. They arranged quad biking for us and a hot air balloon ride. They also arranged a guide to do a city tour for us. All excellent. The have a Spa in the basement and we had the pleasure of two traditional Burber massages pre seeded by a Hamman. And to top it all the weather was fantastic for January. Cool in the morning but hot during the day with cooler evenings. A must do.

Room Tip: Its such a small hotel all the rooms are very nice.

I am just back from the most wonderful stay in this hotel. I have travelled a lot and this is my first review. The staff were lovely and helpful, the accommodation was beautiful and the food in the resturant was delightful. It is a bit out of town but to me it provided a calm oasis where I could simply relax and the taxi to the medina on costs £5. The hammam is a must....followed by a massage. I can not wait to go back.

The hotel is conveniently situated outside the medina, which avoids you the hazard of searching your hotel inside little streets. Dinner was fantastic and the staff was really nice with us at all time. The rooms are ok and the lobby is beautiful. It was a nice stay!

This Al Fassia (not to be mistaken with its sibling in the Gueliz) is situated outside of the town centre on the Ourika road. Beautiful garden and settings. Good food and atmosphere, service was fairly sluggish though.
