Overall, this hotel is old but it should have been a very nice hotel with very nice furnitures at the beginning, but no total rennovation has been done. Instead, they only did patchwork jobs here and there. When we checked in, we noticed the window lock did not work, so we asked them to fix. They did it right away, but it broke again the next day. We asked them to fix it again and they did fix it, but advised us not to open this side, but to open the other side, if we want to open.
There was no information of the hotel in the room, or even nowhere in the hotel. We had to go to the front desk for the information. We didn't even know how to dial the front desk.
There was no remote control for the TV and the air conditioner. When we asked, they said we need to pay a diposit to rent the controls.
The hair drier in the bathroom was broken, so we complained. They said, the driers in all the rooms are broken and we need to borrow one at the front desk, and is allowed for use only for an hour. The shower curtain in the bathroom is disaster. When I closed it, it(the pole) fell down. We asked to fixed it and they did immediately, but it was the same thing. They use this prop with springs as the pole. Naturally, it falls down easily.
As for the food, only the desserts were tasty. Others were not worth mentioning.
They did not change the sheets every day. On the fourth day, we complained and asked them to change and they did, but they said they don't change sheets every day at 3-star hotels.
The only good point about this hotel is the location. It is right next to the craft center and walking distance from Jemaa el Funa.
