Description: Our new restaurant, “Les Trois Saveurs”, which offers a choice of French, inventive Moroccan or Asian-inspired dishes. Our head chef, Didier Levy, was previously in charge of the kitchen at “Le Pavillon”, considered for many years the best French restaurant in Marrakech. Didier has a passion for seafood, which is bought fresh to the hotel from the coastal towns of Oualidia and Essaouira. The handmade teardrop-shaped lanterns at “Les Trois Saveurs” were specially designed for La Maison Arabe by Yahya Rouach; his workshop is producing the most refined metalwork in Morocco today.

“Wonderful meal in a beautiful setting!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 26, 2015 NEW

Beautiful ambiance as tables surround the pool in one of the courtyards of this hotel. The amazing food was coupled with the equally excellent service. We all enjoy the monkfish Tajine and it was wonderful - best tajine I've ever had. The wait staff were very attentive and friendly, even joking with us. The prices would be more on the expensive side for Marrakesh, but for the quality of the restaurant and food I feel that it was more than reasonable. We enjoyed a bottle of wine, plus an additional glass for each person (3), main course and split was EUR 40 a piece including tip. This restaurant also has a romantic vibe so would be a great place for couples as well!! Don't miss!!

“Very stylish”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 25, 2015 NEW

Great food in very stylish, luxurious surroundings. We ordered Moroccan (including wine) & it was very good. The service & surroundings have a 'fine dining' feel. The whole experience was cosseting & thoroughly enjoyable. Well worth a visit after the hectic-ness of Marrakesh.

“Morocco dining at its best!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 24, 2015 NEW

If you journey to Marekech and you are interested in fine dining this is a spot you should not miss. The menu is offered in 2 restaurants one Moroccan the other Italian. I had the pleasure to eat in both and can say bother were excellent. Try the local wines they are as good as any French wines I'v had. The restaurant is attached to the first riad in Morocco, that opened in the 1990's. Its worth staying if you can get a room, its very popular with Europeans and American travelers. If you want to dine be sure to call for reservations, this is a VERY popular place and enjoy the great food.
