Description: Our new restaurant, “Les Trois Saveurs”, which offers a choice of French, inventive Moroccan or Asian-inspired dishes. Our head chef, Didier Levy, was previously in charge of the kitchen at “Le Pavillon”, considered for many years the best French restaurant in Marrakech. Didier has a passion for seafood, which is bought fresh to the hotel from the coastal towns of Oualidia and Essaouira. The handmade teardrop-shaped lanterns at “Les Trois Saveurs” were specially designed for La Maison Arabe by Yahya Rouach; his workshop is producing the most refined metalwork in Morocco today.

“Morrocan treat”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2014

The food, atmosphere and service here were very good. It was a pleasure to eat out under the stars at this time of year and on a colder evenig patio heaters are used to keep guests comfortable.

“Food was fab, service was a little bit weird.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 15, 2014

Food was fabulous. I had the lamb shank. My boyfriend had the typical Marrakech food (I forgot the name). Ambience is quite nice. We were very full with the appetizer and main course, we couldn't eat desserts.

It seemed that the staff had been told to be very friendly which came to the point that it wasn't natural. Though they were nice.

They put the heather by the table in the autumn, it was nice. Overall, it's a good experience.

“Dining in Class”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 9, 2014

The best meal I have had in Morocco. Good food, very nice Decor and live traditional music.
The items on the menu are reasonably priced and the ting I like about it is that it offers a la carte menu. I did not really like the prix fix menu offered in most Moroccan restaurants because I don't really want to have a big three course meal.

“Expensive not worth it ”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2014

Cuisine I should mildly say average, food was served almost cold and the taste left all our expectations unsatisfied.
The wine recommended as high quality was just drinkable.
The environment was superb and the people who was serving friendly and warm.
The price ridiculous high.
All together poor.

“Cooking Class and Dinner with your dish”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 8, 2014

We attended the cooking class where we made tagine and salads. Afterwards, we had dinner with our completed dish. A special memory of Marrakech and the cuisine. A wonderfully beautiful hotel and restaurant. We went back later in the week for dinner and enjoyed it just as much.
