Description: Our new restaurant, “Les Trois Saveurs”, which offers a choice of French, inventive Moroccan or Asian-inspired dishes. Our head chef, Didier Levy, was previously in charge of the kitchen at “Le Pavillon”, considered for many years the best French restaurant in Marrakech. Didier has a passion for seafood, which is bought fresh to the hotel from the coastal towns of Oualidia and Essaouira. The handmade teardrop-shaped lanterns at “Les Trois Saveurs” were specially designed for La Maison Arabe by Yahya Rouach; his workshop is producing the most refined metalwork in Morocco today.

“Beautiful setting, fantastic food!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 22, 2013

Beautiful courtyard setting with friendly and attentive service. A few musicians played background music. Tables are set around a pool surrounded by candles. Food was very good. Prices are higher than at the most casual restaurants, but reasonably priced (200 dh for Moroccan main dishes, 150 for the appetizers, 80 for desserts). We had pastilla, tagine with lamb, oranges and preserved lemons, and couscous with chicken and carmelized onions. Everything was delicious. We had the baked pineapple for dessert and the mint tea was served with a generous selection of cookies. Highly recommended.

“A bit like the tardis!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 19, 2013

This restaurant was recommended for dinner by the concierge at our hotel and the arranged transportation in case we got lost. This was a good idea on both counts. The location of the restaurant is down a dark and narrowing alley with just a small light at the end. I am pleased we didn't turn back because inside is a very large hotel and restaurant with lots of intimate and inter-connected rooms.
We went first to a lounge with live music. It was a great atmosphere and the only negative point is that we had three very hungry young people and could have done with the service being a bit quicker.
Once in the restaurant things speeded up and the food was excellent. I would recommend the fish and the lamb.
We sat beside a long pool in what would once have been the calm, cool centre of a Riad.
It is not a cheap place to eat but worthwhile and memorable.

“Fantastic experience”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 14, 2013

Our concierge recommended this place. Like many hotels and restaurants in Marrakech, what you see on the outside is not what's inside. We were asked if we wanted a drink in the lounge first. Rather the n viewing this as manipulative (see previous reviews), we saw it as an opportunity to take in the luxurious atmosphere of the hotel itself. The lounge looks like a hunting lodge, but perhaps après hunt, complete with pink player. We were then taken to our table, poolside. As he sun went down, it became even more enchanting. The menu is both Moroccan and international. Food was good. Service is very good and attentive. Not cheap, but worth the expense forbe experience.

very beautiful space with excellent service and food. Located in an elegant riad, the dining room was lovely. Typical Marrakech menu but well done.

“Delicious!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 12, 2013

A real feast! I had the discovery menu, really delicious.... especially the salted tajines, but enormous servings: do not try to finish the pastille if it is in your starters: you have 5 tajines and a couscous to go, before the deserts (one of the best milk pastillas I have tasted!).
