Muhammed was very knowledgeable and fatiha gave practical advice and made the experience I interesting and Fun. We made delicious chicken tanjine and eggplant and roast pepper salads. The class included a visit to the communal baking oven and a herb and spice shop for an excellent overview. This is a great way to spend a morning and have a wonderful fun lunch with friends. Will definitely try their recipes at home.
