“Tourist and clean”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2013 via mobile

Nice idea and very pleasant staff and service it's a shame the food was sub par. Gi for the ambience and a drink but don't waste your money on the food.

“Tourist trap/piège à touristes!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed September 8, 2012

What a tourist trap! It is very big resto with a nice garden outside and a big dining hall inside. We entered by mistake because we did not know it serves mostly package tour groups. The groups come in and out and like a train station. They arrive, get loaded with the same food, and then escorted out and the next group is seated. The groups seemed quite happy about it! For private diners this is a terrible place, the staff are not interested and the food is just little plates of cheap tasteless stuff. But the prices!!!! are in the highest of Morocco!!!

“Tourist trap”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 9, 2012

i have never written a review for TA before but this restaurant really deserves one. It served my family the worst meal we had in two weeks in Morocco and charged the highest price by far. It's the ultimate tourist trap. 'Nuff said.

“A travesty of Moroccan food (and decor)”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed June 3, 2012

I have visited Morocco many times. This was one of the worst meals I have ever eaten there. The restaurant caters to just-off-the-plane tourists who probably think it's great until they get to know Morocco better. I knew as soon as I sat down and saw the barely concealed neon strip lights in the ceiling that the place was basically fake and I should have had the sense to get out right away, but I didn't. I wish I had. The meal I got was a travesty of genuine Moroccan cooking. Miserable portions of overcooked food served by waiters who looked bored and weary. Most of the beef tangine was fat and gristle. The tiny portions of vegetables were a disgrace and the dessert (a couple of bits of orange) was a joke. The bill came to about four or five times what the meal was really worth by the standards of other restaurants in the medina area. The outside garden area is nice though.
