“Good night out”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013

Although the food is "OK" the show was great. It made a nice change to just be able to sit back and enjoy. The service was very good and although a bit pricey, you do get live music and the show.

“Good Entertainment”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 11, 2013 via mobile

The entertainment and venue was great. The food was hit and miss. We would recommend the lamb and vegitable tagine. If you go expecting the food to wow then i would choose elsewhere. If you want to be entertained this is perfect.

“Flavour less turist attraction”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2013 via mobile

We wanted to have a good meal and experience belly dance.
We had a bland meal in beautiful surroundings together with nothing but tourists.
Belly dancing was ok (only saw two dances through the three course meal). Live Music ok.
Maybe good place with children...
Too expensive and bland compared to other Marrakech eats...

Absolutely fantastic food in a wonderful setting. Entertainment was also very impressive!

Would certainly go here again when returning to Marrakech.

“Great venue, rubbish restaurant, welcoming but expensive.”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 19, 2013 via mobile

Terrific venue (once an old palace?), however staff were perfunctory (bored?), food is uber standard tagine plus usual via fixed menu selection, the place trades off its amazing venue, belly dancer was fun (one elderly) music (3 piece local instrument band were good), but food and overall impact wise it is expensive (western prices) average quality, and underwhelming, you can get tagine anywhere so why go here?
