“Fine for a short visit”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed yesterday NEW

We (couple with one child of 7) stayed here for 3 days.
We had a room with terrace next to the pool area and this was lovely as you could get directly to the pool from the room. Room (suite) was excellent for 3 persons with a lot of space and a nice bathroom attached. Overall impression of hotel was quite OK, though no 5 star according to western standards.
Excellent swimming oprtunities with a nice area for children.
Food was quite OK for a few days with a lot of choice, especially for breakfast and lunch.
Well organised transport to Marrakesh centre (free).

Stayed April 2015

We stayed here for three nights in April and had a lovely time. Ok, it is not luxury five star, but the rooms were big and spacious, it was a beautiful setting, the food was good and it was great to relax by the pool after a busy morning in the Souks, albeit to the background of thumping eurohouse music! The free shuttle bus was a bonus, although a shame it didn't run later in the evening. Yes the pool is freezing, but I managed to brave it and found it refreshing! The food selection was fine, in fact much better than I expected, when we managed to eat there, the salad bar had a great choice for lunch, and there was a wide range of main courses. Although if you are out for the morning make sure you are back in time otherwise you have to pay a la carte.

Our room was round the back, and the long corridor had lights missing which was a bit precarious at night. It was big, had a great clean en-suite bathroom and we really liked the seating area which gave it more of an apartment feel.

There is room for improvement on check in, as we were given no information so had to figure it out ourselves. A quick overview of the resort, and just to talk us through where to get the towels, how to book the bus, how the all inclusive worked would have been really useful. The restaurant staff were all great and couldn't have done more to help us, and the entertainment crew seemed to know to leave us alone and not try and drag us into pool side aerobics which was good!

Overall, this is a lovely place to stay if a little rough round the edges in places and I would go back there. I think the 5 star thing is a bit misleading as it raises expectations and encourages you to pick fault.

My friend and I have just got back from a 3 night weekend break. We both had a great time. We had no issues with staff whatsoever. Everyone was very polite and friendly, and I certainly didn't see any discrimination towards English guests. It was a relaxing, enjoyable weekend. Weather was gorgeous, the food that we ate was enjoyable and the drinks flowed nicely. Our bedroom was large, clean and spacious.
I would recommend booking your own transfers to the hotel from the airport to save the worry and hassle of haggling with a driver. I booked a car through ZipTransfers - they were extremely efficient - the driver was waiting for us at arrivals with a board showing my name and when we checked out of the hotel he was waiting for us to take us back to the airport. I paid for it on-line so no need to worry about money. It cost £25 return.
We used the hotel shuttle bus to visit the souks on the Saturday evening. A completely crazy experience but worth it and the offer of a free bus service is great. We got a taxi back to the hotel and it cost 150 dirham.
All in all it was a fabulous weekend and just what we hoped for. Good weather, a nice hotel, relaxation and fun and we would have no hesitation in booking to go again.

Stayed here last July. It's a nice hotel with good rooms. Food's OK but it did get a little repetitive towards the end (to be expected though).

The 2 pools are a good size, one is more chilled compared to the other with music playing loudly. Trying to get any shade by the pool can be a battle as umbrellas are in short supply (most people seem to get up early and reserve sunbeds next to umbrellas)

The Hotel is a away from the city itself but the free shuttle bus into Marrakech is really good and fairly frequent (once an hour)

Probably better for families as the entertainment seems to be geared around that but my girlfriend and I still had a good time.

It's not the best hotel we've stayed in but by no means the worst eaither

We stayed here for 3 nights in March. Mixed review here !
The hotel is fab , food amazing , rooms great,
Two great pools , but freezing , not heated, not even by the sun !!
Spa and aqua park need urgent attention, tired old dreary.
Slides all fenced off , not even open. This is not an aqua - park at all
Twenty minuets 'drive from the airport , nothing outside this hotel only
roads ,
Fantastic views of the Atlas, glad we only stayed the 3 nights.

Room Tip: Back rooms dark cold , choose a pool view room.

This was our first time to this part of the world. The hotel was stunning with really great room layout and large en-suite with bath and shower, it also has a nice seating area which gave you an apartment feel. Restaurants in hotel all very clean with great selection of foods. The pools were great and the backdrop of the Atlas Mountains just top it all. Loved our stay.

This hotel and its staff were disappointing from start to finish.
Being all inclusive, you would expect an abundance of food - They frequently ran out.
There were restrictions on how much you could have to eat if you took something from the grill.
Moldy, Smelly toilets
Attitude of the staff towards 'english' (not local or French speaking guests) was awful. The discrimination towards the English was noted by several people.
3 star at best and nothing to write home about.
The day you check out, if they take your wrist band, (they didn't with everyone) then they wouldn't allow you back in to the restaurant or have a soft drink! (We saw two ladies experience this first hand!
They would run out of food, then send you away
You had to pay to eat in other restaurants
Queuing 30mins for an omelet in the morning, as they only had one guy making them!
Aqua park...it was a bloody slide in a puddle of water, not the park they promote.
I paid extra for a poolside room, they even had it in my confirmation, but still disputed it and gave us a room overlooking a field, until I complained again and again. Then we still had to stay in the other room for one night, as they had no poolside room to give us!.
Severely Abusive music played (Hard rap music with extremely inappropriate language played at the poolside.
VERY Rude entertainment team members.
You have to pay to use most of the facilities. The gym, the indoor pool.
Arguably the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

Room Tip: Find a different hotel!
