The staff alone make this hotel a premier holiday, always with a smile on their faces and make everybody feel welcome and relaxed, always have time for children! The premises are beautiful enough to not make use of the free shuttle bus into the town centre with wildlife and greenery it's truly mesmerising and great to engage kids with. A beautiful pool that looks like it's literally been cut out from a luxury holiday magazine and stuck there, along side the palm tree. Its holiday that was worth way more than what we paid, we really caught ourselves a bargain! And planning our next trip there in warmer weather. If I could find a slightly negative.. Is the food, but I'm a picky eater and not adventurous with my pallet so I stuck to bolognese and chips but the dessert is to die for!! Lucky it was buffet ☺️ They have a gym too if you eat too much but why travel to another country just to go to the gym ay?

... And you will see that this place is a real Eden. It is not easy to find even minor faults with this place. There are so many plus points:-
- free shuttle bus to city
- great variety of food
- spacious grounds and facilities
- good drinks
- entertainment and snacks

I cannot believe that anyone could find issue with this place. We had a great 7 days here and highly recommend it!

We recently spend 4 days at this hotel and t the rooms were excellent (each room has a separate sitting area). There was a great choice of food at all meals with local alcoholic drinks available throughout the day. The pools and surrounding areas were immaculate. There were lots of organised activities and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a regular free bus service to the medina in Marrakech (15 minutes away). The only disappointing aspect was the hotel bar. Situated next to the dining room, the bar was very basically furnished and lacked atmosphere . In December the bar was cold and smoky as non smoking rules don't apply in Morocco. Apart from this we enjoyed our stay very much - Marrakech is quite a lively place!

Room Tip: There don't seem to be any bad rooms

We had 4 nights in December at this hotel and would definitely return. Staff were great, food was amazing, and drinks were good too. Lovely hotel and rooms very spacious with seating area separate from the bedroom. Very clean with fresh towels daily.
We booked a massage which was good but a bit expensive. And you need to pay to use the gym and indoor swimming pool which was quite pricey too.
Pool area is very nice with lots of sun beds and gardens well maintained too.
There is a free bus service into town provided.
Did not use the other restaurants available to guests as did not feel the need to pay extra when the food in the all inclusive restaurant was so good.
Our transfer time was only 15 minutes from the airport .
All in all a very good hotel, and if returning to marrakech would definitely stay here.

I returned back from a 3 nights stay at Eden Andalou this weekend. It was so nice great food , staff were lovely to and could not do enough for you. Rooms were very clean and spacious aswell. The pool area is great again very clean , We loved the tagine lesson by the pool we will be definatly trying to cook it back here. The shuttle the hotel puts on free of charge is a plus point aswell. We are already planning when we can next return back here.

We've had a very nice holiday staying at Eden Andalou with a friend beginning of December. Hotel is 15 min drive out of town, which for me is a plus as it has a nice garden and sunbathing area where you can enjoy fresh air and sunshine. Though December we were still able to enjoy the sun, usually wearing our tracksuits, stripping them off around midday. Center of Marrakesh can be quite polluted by traffic so the surrounding of the hotel is like an oasis. Hotel is 5 star marketed. The room interior definitely matches that, also most of the common areas - like a lounge with a log fire that was lit in the late afternoon is beautiful, reception... The restaurant for all inclusive meals looks more like a canteen, which again I didn't mind as some mornings or lunchtimes after a night out I prefer a place to eat where you don't need to look top to bottom done. Some of the amenities are in need of good maintenance hand, like the ladies toilets next to the restaurant and the spa area. But again, this didn't spoil our trip. Staff was nice and friendly, free shuttle bus always had enough space for us, we also had a hammam at the spa which I liked a lot as not used to too much dancing and body all aching. Taxi fare to Club 555 which is a great dancing club is 200 dirham one way. The dancing begins believe it or not at 1.30 - 2am till 5am. We've arrived at 11pm and wandered around, killing time... The club opens at 12am, but best to come at 1 or 1.30am, have a drink and join the atmosphere. Moroccan men are wonderful dancers. Food in the restaurant was good, plenty of choice. And yes evening entertainment - Michael Jackson impersonator is brilliant, so was the Comedy show night. Some other evenings a bit amateurish, but still lovely. All together, thank you Eden Andalou for a beautifully relaxing break.
